      BEWARE Buying any rugs from them!!!! We received one with a moth attached. Saw the moth but I had no idea about wool moths/their life cycle and thought it was just one moth. What a disaster it has been trying to clean up from this since this rug was in our house for months. We have had to not only get rid of that original disgusting rug but another rug we had as well as an expensive sofa set and two sets of drapes. We have had to spray chemicals inside our house. We have had to wash literally every other textile inside our home multiple times. If this problem still isn't completely resolved (as of this week, we are still seeing moths), we may be opening a lawsuit against this company. I say that as a person who has never sued anyone before but I'm disgusted.

      If I could give this zero stars or negative stars I would. This is a total bait and switch company. They will tell you they have a special just sign up so you can get this savings if you want to cancel it you can. Its a lie!!! Whatever the salesman says it is a total lie! They will trap you and then try to charge for for a year! You will never be able to get a hold of anyone! Its a scam!

      Cancelled the free trial and they kept trying to charge me for multiple months. It still has not been resolved after trying to cancel and speaking to them multiple times. Do not do the free trial. ****************.

      We have been Houzz Pro members for several years. In February we received an email that our Pro membership would increase in cost by 25% on 3/31, totaling almost $700 a month. I emailed our ************ separate times that we would like to change our plan from Ultimate to Pro (listed as 199 a month on their site). On 3/14, before the renewal deadline, ****** emailed back and said he was working on it and our new plan would go into place on 4/1. I emailed him before 3/31 to check on the progress to no response. I have sent countless emails, sent messages via the Houzz website and Houzz pro and no one will address the issue. I am told to contact our rep ******* He never responds to email. Last week I called Houzz, told them the issue and I was told I would hear back within *****. I received an email confirming my inquiry. I responded and sent them copies of the emails from ****** saying he was working on our new deal, and also all the emails that were not replied to. At this point we are a week later and still have not heard from them. All we want is our new deal and a refund of the overpayment from the past 4 months.

      This company is awful. I signed up for their home design software to use for our home renovation. I immediately attempted to use it and realised it did not do stairs. I called and the customer service *** confirmed they did not have the ability to do stairs. I explained that I could not use the program without the stairs and to cancel my order. She agreed and said since I called in and I was not a business they would not have any issues canceling. I realised months later they were drafting my account and called. They are refusing to cancel or refund my money. I thought they were a ***utable company and not a scam. Obviously they are scamming customers and still refuse to cancel and refund my money. ******

      Horrible company, promises leads and business growth but once they have you locked in a contract they don't provide anything. During the time I "advertised" with them, I only received one lead. When I asked why the leads weren't coming in they said my site didn't have enough pictures and reviews. Problem is they never said that in the beginning. This is a small company and just getting started so there aren't a ton of pictures. Overall they cost me thousands of dollars and provided an extremely frustrating experience. Never use Houzz for ANYTHING!!

      Horrible! Take your money even when you cancel and are not using the service!! Do not do the trial, once your in, they charge $169 cancellation fee. Horrible company!!!

      Hello I'm contacting you about **************************. In August 2023 I had a few meetings with one of their sales reps. *** the conversation was based on creating a paid account for the advertisement of the company for the services in remodeling. After the 3rd meeting I made the decision to do the Agreement with them, because she was showing examples and making trust to them. I sign the Agreement for the $480 per month to have advertise on one area, But during of the period of around 8 months, I have just 2 leads where I have an answer, but in final customer decide to not do nothing. During this period it was so hard to have a hold of the person that was in charge of the account with us and never had any leads, even when they said they did improve. Again all the leads with exception of 2 were false leads. After 8 months I was asked to stop the Agreement, because I can not cover the monthly cost if I do not have any lead that brings income. Afterfew months, in August I received a call from a person that said it is from a collection agency and is calling because of the outstanding balance for the Houzz. This is so inappropriate, to charge for a service that does not bring any income or use for the user. If the ************************** can not keep the promise to bring leads, in the same way we can not make the payment from the income that does *********** one word, this is Garbage that is stealing the money from contractors.
