I paid $425.00 for Security equipment for AHC. I was told by ****** that AHC was the one who would cancel my ADT security, which they never did. I received monthly bills from ADT and contacted ****** several times to let him know that I was not hooked up with AHC and still getting charged by ADT. He then said he would be at my house on that Friday and we would work this out. He was a no show. I then called him again and he did not call me back. My last call to him was to tell him I was going to go back to ADT. To date I still have not heard from him. The equipment I paid for was never activated, my service with previous company was not canceled and I was changed for 6 months for no service.Business response

*******,Sorry to hear about the misinformation. Last time you reached out you were very upset and threaten to cancel our services. We were not aware of the double billing situation. You never made us aware of this. We have no control what ADT does and we are not responsible for their lack of actions. There is no way for us to know what charges you are inquiring on your credit card, because those charges came from ADT, not us. We do ask that if you see something wrong, to let us know and therefore we will make an attempt to help you. We don’t believe that you should be double billed for the same service. We again are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and we are willing to help you by sending a reimbursement for any payment you may have acquired from the time of June 2022 through the end of Oct 2022.
