  The business is stalling in repairing my roof. They were hired to re-do my roof since it was leaking a few years back and it was never fixed. They have failed to repair my roof and it has continue to leaked and have came out several time for the past few years. Recent attempt to identify the leak, they cover my chimney top with garbage bag and if it does not leaks, they will replace the chimney top if it still leaks. They also try to place blame on my neighbor that the leak is coming from them. They also mentioned that they did not do a good job covering the top with the garbage bag and re-covered my chimney with plastic along with the chimney top. When I inform them that there were no leaks after the storm. They try to tell me that they did not cover my chimney top and just cover the sides and left if open to avoid fixing the chimney top. I happen to have a picture of my chimney is covered. After calling their boss, they mentioned that they will come back and go up to roof to measure. They came back in the afternoon and told me that that are here to measure and never got out of their truck and just turn around and left without going up to the roof to measure the chimney.

  We are working with ************, he did had a leaking problem,  we did a water test to see were it was coming from and we found out that the problem was coming from his neighbor (both chimney decks are closed together) the chimney deck needs to be change.  The neighbor wall is also very damaged.  That's the reason water from the neighbor comes to **************** house.  ************ doesn't want us to bother his neighbor, but we will need to talk to the neighbor regarding his wall.
