      Don't buy gift cards!!!! They won't let you use a gift card with a discount code. You also can't use the gift card for anything except bundles. They have items that aren't eligible to be added to a bundle and therefore you can't buy them with a gift card. Gift cards should always be treated as cash. This company doesn't do that. I've argued this point with customer service on two occasions, where they've given me a "one time pass" to use both the gift card and discount code but it shouldn't even be an issue! When I've spent all my gift card money, I will not be using this company again. Not to mention, my daughter has a reaction to all the coloring and dyes they use in the diapers.

      Like others have complained, extremely deceptive account cancellation practices. You hit cancel subscription and all of does it push the order back. Thats not cancellation thats adjusting, you have to DIG to actually cancel the order. The company should be ashamed of the way they conduct their business.

      Returns are terrible!! I had to take photos and send lot numbers from each pack of my unopened diapers. I also had to describe what diapers I ordered? Can you not look at my order history? Anyway, after spending a lot of time taking photos and emailing, I was sent a return label and was told I would be refunded the full amount. Nope! My refund was $10 less than what I actually paid. After about 20 emails back and forth with customer service I was told that shipping is non refundable. This is terrible considering most of ** are pinching pennies for our new babies. This has been such a hassle and a waste of my time. Will not be ordering from this company ever again!!

      **************** never has any information. Repeat the same canned response. "Unfortunately we don't know when the item will be in. We're trying out best to get it in" Seriously, its been 2 months since my first inquiry. I ask if its been discontinued. Answer "unfortunately, others have asked that too, but all I can say is we're trying our best to restock it.... Don't know the answer to your question. This is the most frustrating customer service group I've ever worked with.
