            Currently my 2015 Ford Focus is with the dealer Ford Envision of Oxnard. The repair that is needed is the transmission Clutch. I bought the car in 2019 because of its low mileage 35,000, Well, you know the old story of taking advantage of women, they talked me into buying a bumper-to-bumper coverage. My contract shows that I'm paying for Ford Protect ESP $2395.00 and Ford Protect ESP MP $2400.95, yet all this has expired and I still make payments. I also have a print out that says Warranty Coverage bumper-to-bumper, Coverage description: 3 years/36,000 miles whichever comes first. This tells me that I only got 1,000 miles of this coverage. then it all expired and I didn't know. Currently my car has just over 57,000 miles on it. I have driven the car roughly 23,000 miles in just over 4 1/2 years and I'm dealing with a transmission problem

            Very bad experience! This is the dealership from whom I purchased my Ford F150 truck. Some time ago, I purchased from, and had installed by, this dealership a Ford-licensed accessory (bedcover). When the accessory failed (a defect in either the accessory itself or installation), well within Ford's stated warranty period, this dealership wouldn't honor the warranty to replace the part. Eventually, I had to go to another Ford dealer, who did honor the warranty. This experience included: numerous calls that weren't returned; fruitless visits to the dealership; and numerous other examples of bad service. I rated this business as one star as it's a mandated field. Otherwise, I would have given it zero star.
