**** team at Sharp Loan truly made our home buying experience a great one. They were all very professional, friendly, prompt, and took the time to explain all steps in detail. *** went above and beyond to ensure we got the best rate and lending cost possible. My first time buyer experience was made one of the best experiences of my life thanks to *************************** and his team, ******* and *******. I had a bad experience with a lender in November, felt pressured, patronized and didnt feel right. With **** it was the opposite all transparency since day one. He never gave up one me and he always tried to find new options and solutions for me, a single mother of 2, just funded my loan today and **** and his team was there from start to finish. Finished all the escrow in record time with the upmost professionalism! My realtor was also so pleased she made him one her top lenders. They also have a great app and automated emails that keep up updated on your loan app. Overall SharpLoan , specifically ******************* and his team, are an awesome team. Youre in great hands. Sincerely don't know how to put all this in words. One thing I can throw out here is the team, ***** *************************, ************************* and *********************** are incredibly awesome and helpful in my journey of being a home owner. ***************** and his team are beyond exceptional ! We thought we would never be able to refinance our home. We originally were trying to refinance our loan with Loan Depot, they offered us a pretty high interest rate and we almost went with it because we were so desperate to refinance. However, I reached out to Rey because he had helped a friend of mine refinance when she thought she couldnt. So glad I did, he blew LoanDepots rate out of the water! The process with Loan Sharp was so much better, they kept reassuring me that we would close to have patience. After notifying Loan Depot about our better rate with Sharp Loan they could not match it and were so upset and so unprofessional towards us. I highly recommend Loan Sharp, they are kind, understanding, knowledgeable and will make it happen just like they did for us. In the end we closed just like they said and my payment was about 500 less than with Loan Depot. Loan Sharp will go above and beyond for you, they did for us.
