I am writing to file a formal complaint against Premier Lending Group regarding their persistent and unsolicited phone calls. Despite my explicit request to stop calling me and my placement on the Do Not Call (DNC) list and blocking their number, they still call me from different numbers. I have received an excessive number of calls from Premier Lending Group, averaging seven calls per day over the past two weeks. This continuous harassment has caused significant inconvenience and distress. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue directly with Premier Lending Group by requesting to be removed from their calling list, the calls have not ceased.I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that Premier Lending Group complies with the regulations regarding telemarketing practices. Additionally, I request that Premier Lending Group be penalized for their disregard of my privacy and for violating the Do Not Call list regulations.I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.Business response

We received a complaint against Premier Lending Group, but upon review, it appears there might be confusion with another business. We couldn't find any record of interaction with the complainant. In fact, we are not even licensed to do business in *******, and we do not do outbound calls unless a potential client asks us specifically for information.
I respectfully request that this complaint be entirely removed from the BBB website. I have never had a complaint and strive to keep it that way.
