*************************** started the loan process on May 5 2023 yet at the beginning was ok but later it was very deceiving from ************ and MS ************** On this past Monday I just learned learned that a second party was looking over my loan never was informed of it. During the time of process ******************** requested a lot of things and sometimes I did not mentioned to you have to get this thing in addition of what I requested. Which I did not mentioned before.I paid for the appraisal of my home ****** dollars and letter of the *** ****** dollars.I do have all the Emails and messages that were sent to me and those I did send. (its available for who ever needs it.).Needless it , It will make your company happier and that much more deceiving on to do that scam .You can keep your money and keep deceiving customers. ****** it will make more richer.Again if you need more information between message from both parties will be glad to submit it.**************************..

What a horrible company! I cannot emphasize enough to anyone reading this, if youre seeking a loan go to any other company. They may offer good rates, but theres a catch. Intelliloan must go out of their way to hire the stupidest employees. *** had an immaculate payment record my entire life on everything. Yet, since Ive been with Intelliloan, Ive received multiple threats of mispayments to outside companies, when there errors have been internally with Intelliloan. These people couldnt run a lemonade stand, let alone a mortgage company!

The overall loan re-fi process was done quickly. I had shopped around and they were one of the few loan servicers to get me the deal I wanted and were able to execute in the time-frame as discussed.

I received a call a while back on an inquiry I made online. After speaking with them initially, the offers afforded to me did not make sense and no deal was made. A few weeks later I received a call. When the representative started talking to me informed him it was a bad time and I would be available next week. Instead of respecting me and the fact I just told him it was a bad time, he kept talking as if reading from a script saying he understands its a bad time and that last time we talked the numbers didnt make sense etc etc. I proceeded to hang up. The following day I received another call. I informed them that the last person I spoke to did not respect the fact that I told him it was a bad time to talk and that next week would be better and that I would not do business with them.The next day I received another call and when I answered I was instantly hung up on. I called back and asked to be placed on their do not call list. The agent sounded much like the first agent who I told was a bad time to talk. After asking to be placed on the do not call list, the response I received was I understand you want to be placed on our do not call list because last time we spoke the numbers did not make sense.. and kept going on as if to try and give me a sales pitch. Even through my rant on this being the exact reason I will never do business with them, he continued to repeat the same thing over I understand you want to be placed on our do not call list because last time we spoke the numbers did not make sense... Even after continuing to demand to be placed on the do not call list and eventually demanding to speak to his supervisor, this is all he would continue to say.I want people to know that care to research this company what kind of customer service they can expect.They obviously do not value potential clients and their time and hold little competency beyond the ability to read from a script.Good luck and stay safe all!

First time dealing with Intelliloan customer service was excellent they gave me time to deal with personal issues that came up during the loan process so thanks when I was ready to continue they picked up where we left off and it was a pretty smooth process

Awesome customer service and the best rates. Never easy to refi these days but these folks make it a pleasure to work with!!
