      I ordered a give-away labeled "plastic rulers" The items arrived and are not plastic rulers but rather very very thin floppy plastic, like a garbage bag, with the image of a ruler printed on them. I am requesting a full refund as the description was very misleading.

      I ordered one CleanZ Pen Sanitizer on 08/16/23. Shipped 08/17/23 *** 1ZR45F660398265426 and for some reason was lost in the mail. I had to make a claim to USP. Very strange said it was going to be delivered and then no it was lost the next day. I call Any Prom about the problem as I had to make a claim. On 08/25/23 they uploaded a tracking number *** 1ZR45F660399274503 that said they were sending me 3 Pens in replace for the one lost. They uploaded tracking as now the are just sitting there as of 08/28/23. I Called Any Prom and said I would receive the Pens last Thursday 9/07/23. Very very strange! I just want my money back don't really understand why so hard to ship????

      Our pen order finally arrived, and the majority of 1000 pens were either in pieces, or barley together. And did 1 forget to say that the logo and stenciling was so small jokes were made by our potential clients. We cannot recommend this company at all as they will not return our calls or emails even after communicating with them via email and sending them all of the photos as they requested. We are reporting them to the Texas Attorney General office for interstate fraud and misrepresentation, and our credit card company to dispute the charges in full. dated May 22nd 2023

      Ordered some key tags from them white key tags with reflex blue logo did not approve the first proof they sent and now they told me that when I didn’t approve that that order got canceled they intern sent me a new proof that the color was not what I wanted but the representative told me that it was opaque or transparent colors and I assured her we didn’t care prefer the opaque solid which is how she explained it to us as long as it was reflects blue - we received our key tags they are all blue a bright sky blue with a white logo which we really don’t mind we’d accept them and wouldn’t have a problem but they’re not reflex blue - The representative did not tell me that I was changing my color the way she was describing it whether it was a see-through key tag or a solid key tag I never authorized a change of color from reflex blue to a bright sky blue nor did I authorize a blue key tag I ordered and have an original ordered invoice that states white key tags I never once authorized a solid color blue key tag with white lettering they are willing to do absolutely nothing at all

      This dispute involves the purchase of custom pens ordered from AnyPromo.com that were printed with the correct imprint BUT in the incorrect imprint location as advertised and as indicated in the approved proof. On 8/9/2022, I approved an art proof and finalized the sale for OrderID SA40***48 through AnyPromo.com for 300 Ion Click Ballpoint Pens Item #607088, for a total of $162.00. A $162.00 charge from AnyPromo.com appears on my Discover statement as of 8/10/2022. The pens as advertised on the AnyPromo.com website (https://www.anypromo.com/pens-writing/blue-ink-pens/ion-pen-p607088) show the printing just below the pen clip (when the clip is situated at the top of the page and the pen point is pointing to the left OR the printing appears to the right of the clip when the clip is pointing straight to the viewer and the pen point is pointing down -- these are the same, just two different views). The proof that I approved is consistent shows the printing starting just below the pen clip, with the clip pointing toward the top of the page and the pen point pointing to the left. Indeed, if you google custom Ion Pen, you'll see that every company that advertises printing on these pens (and any pen really) places the imprint just below the pen clip when the clip is at the top and the pen point is facing to the left. This is so that the imprint is showing when one most comfortably writes with the pen (see photo). The imprint on the pens that I received was not placed where the imprint appears on the approved proof OR the company's website (OR any other website that sells custom pens). Instead, the imprint starts well below the clip. There is not an equal amount of space from the top of the imprint to the clip and the bottom of the imprint to the clip -- which would not have been consistent with the proof or website in any event -- but this demonstrates that the imprint seems to have been randomly placed on the pen with no thought. Company refuses reprint or refund.

      We recently have attempted several times to reach out and resolve this with the customer, but no luck. 
      We have informed the team member about how the customer was correct, and now they understand / we have updated our training material to avoid situations like this in the future.

      I placed an order (SA3**9404) for 500 truck-shaped stress relievers. Any-promo gave me a proof for the design, order confirmation, and took my payment of over $1,000. Then they proceeded to tell me that they do not have the item in stock. I have been trying for over a month to get a refund and I have been told that they would help but cannot get the company to follow thru. I have tried to ask for help settling this issue over many emails and even some online-chats.

      I have reached out to several sources, and they all stated that a refund was issued on November 15th.

      Unfortunately, we cannot control how quickly your bank processes the refund.

      There isn't anything more for us to do at this point.
