      Awful experience. Waited 3 months for my parts, still no status or response from the company. They have a joke of a rating on their website saying they are 95% 4-5 star and can always reach a customer but its bogus. Terrible company, avoid.

      Terrible pool supplier. Vary bad customer support. Order Chlorine salt generator cell. Warranty suppose to be 3 Years. In second year units stop work. Never get my warranty replacement part.

      I ordered chemicals in March, 2023. I immediately received an email that it was on backorder and that the "entire nation is out of stock". We're talking about pool shock which is available everywhere. I kept receiving emails asking if I had received the order. 4 months went by and asked for a refund if it they were unable to ship. Once again I was told that it was still on back order and that the order would remain until shipped. I finally found out today that my order was cancelled and i was not charged.

      Buyer Beware! Pool Supply Unlimited does not refund your money for an out of the box defective product. They deny your refund and vector you to a manufacturer and give no contact information. The product I purchased was $550 and does not work. This company should be avoided! Unacceptable! They have customer NO service.

      I ordered a remote control for pool lights. It came to $327.04 US including shipping costs. At the current Canadian exchange rate they should have charged $437.44. They charged 489.25. That’s an over charge of $51.81. I called and they claimed they don’t understand currency exchange and that was the charge. Incredibly rude company. They would not correct the charges so I cancelled the order. Do not deal with this company

      So far not so great. I was told the product would arrive within 5-7 business days when ordering. Immediately after placing the order I received a notification saying that the product was back ordered and I would be notified when it was available. To date agents are unable to provide even an estimated ship date after two weeks. They were more than happy to charge my credit card immediately.

      I spent from 6/19/23 to 6/30/23 trying to get a part from this company. My order was taken both on line and verbally and on 4 different occasions. With the last order I was told it was coming from another warehouse and would cost an additional $140; I said yes and I requested it be overnighter next day air and paid for that. Expecting the part yesterday you can imagine how upset I was it was not only not received but never shipped. I called this morning to find out the order was cancelled. If you really need something for your pool, call every other supplier first before you waste your time and get yourself aggravated!!!!

      We ordered 4 filters for our pool on 4/24/23. we received 3 correct ones and one wrong one, we contacted Sergio and he rudely said send a picture. We did...3 different times. No reply. Our pool needs all 4 filters to run so we bought one for more money at the local pool store. Finally he sent an RMA on May 5th for ALL 4 of the filters to be returned at OUR expense! I sent the email below on June 5th after getting no response about returning all 4 filters: Sergio- We received 1 wrong filter as shown in the included attachment. We informed you about your error on 4/29/23. I've also included a copy of the order confirmation showing we ordered 4 of the FC-0820 (580 replacement) filters. We used the 3 correct ones you sent and bought a 4th at the local pool store. We expected that you would exchange the 1 you sent in error for the correct one in a timely manner. That did not happen and we could not run our pool without all 4 correct filters. This was your company's mistake. We would like to resolve this matter quickly. Please send an RMA for the 1 filter #FC1978 and we will return it asap for a refund of the incorrect filter. 6/7/2023 12:18:09 PM - Sergio M.       This place lacks professionalism & customer service skills. The manager is never in & Alberto is one of the rudest individual I ever had to deal with. All the negative reviews I saw it’s surprising they are still allowed to operate business. My story is very long but I will try to keep it short. I ordered an IC40 from them with the item listing as in stock I made my purchase July 10 2022. A email came through thinking it was my confirmation it stated it was on back order & they didn’t know how long it would be on back order. My card was never charged & I was not given any further information on ever receiving their product or having to cancel anything. So I moved forward & ordered from another company & got it a few days later. Months later they withdrew 1,098 from my bank, still not having the item when I called I spoke to a lady, She was rude and just said sorry, didn’t even try to help me. Being upset I called back and got another lady she wasn’t rude but stated I was not the only person upset and she would try to get me some return labels printed & sent to me. She also told me she would have John the manager call, I never heard from her or the manager John. I called back a third time the next day & got a gentleman named Alberto. As stated above he was one of the down right meanest people I had to deal with in the customer service industry. He sat there and thought it would be a good idea to laughed at me during our conversation. My co worker heard & stared to record our conversation so I could show it to upper management if I chose to. Nothing about that conversation was funny. I will do my best to make sure no one else has to experience what I did. I really hope Alberto can read this and learn to understand the company you work for put everything on the line to build a successful business & they are trusting that you are doing right by their business. I would hope! Being rude to enough consumers can jeopardize jobs & that businesses as a whole!

      This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I was charged for next day shipping & I did not receive my item for 3 days. When I called to request a refund for the shipping charge, I was told flat out NO! During the conversation with the person I was speaking to over the phone on November 21, 2022, he stated that our conversation was being recorded, which I was not advised of or consented to, prior to our conversation. It was several minutes into our conversation before he advised me that the conversation was being recorded. I know that is a violation of Nevada law where I reside & where my phone call was made from. This is a very unprofessional company that I will never order another item from no matter how desperate I am. It’s companies like this one that give California companies a bad name,
