      The name of the company (per their website) for this address is MotorByMotor (motorbymotor.com). I ordered a hub/wheel bearing assembly for my F150 from this place; part # ****** but it has RB****** on the box.It arrived... it looked all shiny & new... but then there was a "wobble" in the bearing. I actually didn't notice it until I put on my ************* But at ZERO miles, there it was... a wobble in the bearing. I couldn't believe it was this part at first, but it actually was. All the ball joints and tie rod ends were already brand new... I checked and rechecked, it is definitely in this new bearing. I drove it two miles down the road and drove it back... I put the old, worn-out hub/bearing assembly back on -- the one that is worn with dry, scraping bearings that can easily be heard. That worn out bearing provided a much smoother ride than this new one. When I contacted them for a refund (since I had to get one right away and bought one locally, at 3.5 times the price of this one), they refused to give a refund and sent out a replacement instead. Well, then they sent out another replacement. All three of them have the same problem, loose/wobbly bearings because the units must not be assembled properly. Actually, one of them did not have any lug bolts (wheel studs) in it -- I had to remove them from one and install them into this new part that should have had them. It didn't matter, all of these provided a horrible ride because they are defective. Also, they must just be a drop-ship company because all three were shipped from three different parts of the US. I've contacted them 6 more times, requesting a refund. The have not returned my calls and they have not answered any emails. When I initially contacted them, they replied very quickly, even during the middle of the night when I had sent a late email. Well, it's been a few weeks and I still haven't been able to speak to anyone here. I want my money back.

      If I can give this company - stars I would. I ordered a special gift for my daughters first Mothers Day. I paid extra to have delivered in time. I ordered way in advance and it never showed. Its horrible that a company can deceive people this way. Please please dont order from them you will only be left with disappointment

      They emailed me twice saying it's delayed but on its way. Now they won't answer me. From the sounds of it I would be disappointed anyway.

      Horrible experience. Customlyusa is a complete fraud regarding having anything to do with *** except for selling their Chinese goods to ** citizens stupid enough to place an order with them. Several emails have gone completely unanswered. Still waiting for my door mat, apparently I'm the door mat in this situation. Stay away.

      I placed an order on 11/4 They took my money. Said it was delivered January 7th, 2022 and I never recived it. No email support, and no way to find out what company they used for shipping.

      It is sad to see how they keep lying in their responses... "We respond to every email.." FALSE! They have stopped responding to our emails after they were told that *** told us that it is not a valid tracking number. They told us it was a *** tracking number and we called *** to verify after they were acting very sketchy. The tracking showed it was in my city but then showed it was an "insufficient address"... Somehow that is the first time that has ever happened to any of hundreds of packages I have had delivered to that address. Now the package seems like it is being sent back to where it came from as it is getting further and further away. We paid for speedy shipping and it has been a month and still do not have a mat. And if you do choose to respond, please spare me the story about thousands of positive reviews on YOUR site that you clearly manipulate as someone below has stated. If they are not a scam then they should really work on their professionalism and RESPONSE TIME. Keeping in touch and open communication really can make people more understanding. When you stop responding to emails once a red flag is brought to your attention that is the BIGGEST red flag! Do better and stop making your own postive reviews on your page. It is embarrassing!
