              I paid $700 plus dollars a little over a year ago for new weather stripping. It failed on one door. I asked them to repair it. They used the old piece of material and wanted $100 for the repair. I argued the charge in light of the fact that the original weather stripping had lasted for 16 years and that I would not expect a failure shortly after a year. The repair did not last a week and now they are telling me that in order to fix it, it will cost me $100 dollars. They also said that the reason they used the old part was because they no longer do weather stripping and do not carry the materials. Why would I pay them any money if they can't do the job! Now they are not responding to me.
