The incident happened at ************************************************************* parking garage around 11pm on 12/25. I attempted to pull into the lot and received a wrong presence message on the screen. A security officer named ******* told me over the intercom I wasnt allowed to park there because I was on the blocked list, which he said was usually do to a payment issue. ******* refused me access to the lot, so I called the police (thinking it was a legal thing-the police informed me the lot was private so there was nothing they could do). I went into the security office station and someone came out who was not *******. This person (I forgot their name) refused to let me inside of the office, saying I wasn't allowed in. I said I paid my balance and i've been able to park this whole month of Dec. He told me to park somewhere until ******** explained many times I couldn't do that, as someone attempted to steal my car recently and I refuse to park it in the same area where that occured. I also asked them to provide me the date of when the list was created, and they said it was not dated. This turned out to be a lie as the date of the list was marked 12/7. 12/27 I get back to the ***************** explains the error message I got wasnt due to payment (keep in my mind my payment was received on 12/7, and according to the site payments not received by that date are subjected to fees, so I shouldnt have appeared on a block list at all) but because my card was not scanned upon exiting the garage (the arm was up so I did not scan). Neither guards informed me about this, despite me telling them the card reader was saying wrong presence. They didnt even know what that meant. They just insisted I park somewhere else because I was on the blocked list & wasnt allowed to park there. As a result, I had to drive my car xmas night way further than I needed to, so it could be in a more secure area. I need to file a complaint against the two men working xmas night
