Burts Bees Baby, They mislead people about shipping and fulfillment times at checkout and then blow you off when you say anything while continually extending the time it's going to take and acting like you should know that an item you ordered would take weeks and weeks to even ship or get into a carrier's hands. Despite saying 3 to 5 business days for shipping. I found them to be rude to pregnant women and parents. They absolutely do not care.Review from Aferdita G.

I went to *********** in ********* ** today and the Clorox Scentiva was over 13 dollars. I called the store and they said that the price was not a mistake. It went up almost 6 dollars in a week. This is ridiculousReview from ANONYMOUS

07/13/21 Rollout of the new pawpointsrewards.com website is discriminatorily demanding everyone upload receipts for points. Foolish because the Clorox Company makes it inaccessable to disabled population by demanding they do things they don't know how to do instead of leaving the disabled with the simpler option of manually entering pour flap codes. Not only that, but the risk of having to buy the right phone to do the uploads is an unnecessary financial burden to the disabled population. Mass Discrimination. This has to do with the plastic packaging for Fresh Step which is owned by Clorox. I have multiple codes to receive bonus points from Fresh Step. I have tried numerous times to enter the codes and it does not work.. I am very frustrated with the packaging of their products. I suggest they slip a paper with the code on it and put in the package with the litter. Trying to contact Fresh Step is a joke.
