Very ********************* So I purchased the ******* Channel Back Upholstered Dining Chair Set of 2, the box should include 2 chairs when I got home after I picked up the order I found one chair in the box. I called the store and spoke to a manager and was advised that the item (the second chair) would be held for me when I came back to pick it up (I received no apology for the mistake on the phone). I went to pick up the chair the next day and when I approached customer service and gave them my info she grabbed the chair off the floor along with a small box with the hardware and gave it to me as if she was giving me a small item (this is a chair lol) she could've put it in a cart or asked me if I need help taking it to the car. So disappointed with the way they handled this issue and will not return to the store for any further purchases.Review from Amber P

The absolute worst company Ive ever dealt with! Made an online purchase and picked it up in the store and realized when I got it home that it was filthy! Dirt was everywhere and there was a stain on it, I called customer service and they created a case and six days later, I heard nothing. So, I returned the item to the store and they gave me less than what I paid. I brought it to the managers attention and showed her what I paid and she said she did not know how to fix it and asked me if I was OK with taking less, what kind of question is that? Give me back every ***** I paid! This is the second time this is happened at this location. I reached out to customer service and was on hold for 20 minutes asking if there was anything they could do for the inconvenience of this and they offered no resolution. I will never shop at world market again!Review from Bill P

The World Market *** is a scam with their affiliation with Bed Bath and Beyond going out of business. The gift card that has their name on the back and states that they can be used is a lie. Additionally, the card sates never a fee and never expires. The company office was contacted, and the manager stated the card was no good and that there was nothing he could do. What the **** is he the manager of if he can't do anything about this false advertisement? He hid behind a poor business plan with Bed Bath and Beyond. I imagine that their business will be next to go bankrupt.Review from Anne R

I order a chair the ****** ****** *** ******* ******* ***** which was advertised online for $322.49 and with the ******* discount code, I should have been able to buy the chair for $295.13 but when I went to check out online the chair defaulted to the full price of $499.99. I called the customer service number and was told that the sale price was a boy for the grey chair. Frustrated and thinking I made a mistake and misread the ad bought the chair the next day at my local store. Since then reread the add and it was clearly advertised for that sale price in the color I wanted. I have been a faithful long term customer but there comes a time when you have to call out the bs. I just want a large corp who values their customers to do the right thing. I have photos to share of the ad. Please ask me for them.Review from joanna m

awful. i ordered two pillows from their website. i got an email cancelling half of my order, saying that the pillow is not available. however, the pillow remains available for sale on their website which i think is not legal. further, when i tried to cancel my entire order immediately after being notified that one of the two pillows was unavailable, it took THREE phone calls, plus an online chat, to attempt to cancel the order. i was told twice it was cancelled. but then days later the pillow arrived at my house anyway. i called AGAIN to figure out how to return it and get my full refund, and was told i had to pay for shipping. i hate this company. it feels like a total set up and rip off and i'll never shop there ever again.Review from Margaret N

Left information since they won't log in on my account. Nothing indicates incomplete profile when I review it, but won't give the advertised discount of 10% for pick up order. Won't allow log in at all after notifying them off the issue. Does not seem like they honor their advertised sales, or discounts.Review from Crystal R

Bought a deeply discounted hanging chair frame and jar of gourmet salt online. They processed my card for the salt and applied the ***** shipping fee to the salt. A few days later I received an email from them saying that they received my cancellation for my chair order, which I did not initiate. I deleted the email thinking it was a phishing attempt. The order of salt came late and the chair frame was still in proces on my order 9 days later. Called them up today and found out they sold out of the item so it was cancelled. It still shows that it's being processed on my end. Although they did not charge my card for the chair frame I feel cheated that I paid 17 dollars for a five dollar jar of salt. I would never buy off their website again. Would not recommend anyone else shop on their website either.Review from Laura C

world market ********** ***** *********** worst service ever attempted to purchase item on display spent a ridiculous amount of time waiting for employee and customer to wrap up the purchase and they acted like they had all day like nobody else was in line and employee did not page for backup finally another employee came up front and told him I wanted to purchase small table on display he went to back of store and came back and said the display was the only one and the girl who would not wrap up purchase with other customer finally decides to do something for me and says I cant buy the display model (oh now you decide to join in just to tell me I cant have it after all this time?) not the only time Ive gotten horrible service from there - do not do not open account with them or sign up for any rewards program you will be sorry and will not get any benefit they are just trying to get personal info and sell it to somebody worst service ever and you can find comparable or better products somewhere else at a lower price. wish I could do negative number review.
