I am having an issue with the head man either releasing my husband or allowing him to have a decent service with dignity and respect! I have given him all my credentials however he has everything on hold because some other person says they have the same rights as I have. However I was contacting and asked if I would agree to cremation and they would not charge anything more than what they have received already! I said NO! I said if you can bend the rules to cremate if I agree you can take the money I have for a complete service and burial with no problem correct ? He said no I have to wait until I get an answer and he call from his personal number which is not professional at all I believe I should not be having to go through the hurt ,distress,emotional anguish that has been going on for nearly two months and I am the legitimate wife now widow of the descendant I would like my husband released from the chapel of chimes immediately or I am requesting a compensation that assist of a one day visitation and assistance with burial I believe we the family deserve to be accommodated truly and honestly.Initial Complaint

My family and I purchased 4 plots at Chapel of the Chimes in *******. At that time, we signed a contract which entitled us to receive a rebate for the finance charge if we pay off our balance before the 24th month payment.On 12/14/22, I called and spoke with ******************, the assigned clerk handling our accounts. I told her I wanted to pay off my balance to take advantage of the finance charge rebate. Because I did not have the updated contract, I was not aware my remaining balance was $16,169.40. She sent me the updated contract and I informed her I would call back in 2 days to make the payment. ****** agreed and mentioned I had until 12/20/22. On 12/19/22, I called ****** 3 times (11:22am, 11:23am and 2:****) and left a message on the 3rd attempt. At 3:17, I called the main number and was referred to *******. She retrieved my contract and stated my balance was $17,478.09. ******* was not able to explain the difference in amount, but insisted that this was the correct balance with the rebate included. Two forms of payment were used, however, only 1 payment was accepted due to a system error and the 2nd transaction could not be processed. ******* had to call me back because she needed assistance from her supervisor who was on break. At 4:06pm, I received a call back from ******* and she informed me that I was past my agreement date because they go by the date the contract was signed vs the date the 24th payment gets processed. I told her that ****** had told me I had until 12/19/2022 to pay the balance. ******* stated that there was nothing she can do at this time, but will send an email to her supervisor and ******.On 12/20/22 at 9:16am, ****** called and apologized, stating she will speak with her supervisor in regards to this matter since it is now past the date for the rebate. At 4pm, ****** called and said she spoke to her supervisor, but will have to wait for a response from the general manager. She mentioned I should hear back from her on 12/21/22.On 12/22/22, I called ****** at 1:17pm and left a message.On 12/27/22, I called ****** again at 11:38am and left a message.Initial Complaint

My dad and I purchased a plot and service that were paid off. I have been calling and sending message in their website asking when they can send use the proof of payment. In the past, I have received a letter of account paid in full for the balance paid in full. A couple years ago, I purchased another plot and service that have been paid in full. My dad has paid his account in full. Lately, they have been ignoring me and not responding to my message. I don't understand what's going with that place. I hope there will be no issue when the time comes when we need the plot. I noticed the difference is bad service since the new CEO was in place.
