So basically I got courtesy pay on my account with ********************** & have been using it to its fullest advantage because I use it to pay bills that I dont control when their due. This courtesy pay has been revoked two times. But only one of those times was my fault due to being delinquent on my personal loan which I havent been since that second time it got revoked. The first time my courtesy pay for revoked was by the systems with Chevron & when I spoke to several other people about it no one was able to provide me with a reason on why their systems revoked it the same day they gave it to me because it was my first time ever having courtesy pay on my account. The second time regarding my being delinquent on my loan, I was never communicated to that the loan can affect my courtesy pay. So I became current & asked them to reinstate it. So once again I got my courtesy pay revoked on the 7th of this month and after speaking with a representative they informed me its because the same day I pay the money back is the same day I withdraw the money again because once I again. I CAN NOT control when my bills are due as Im sure no one can. Out of both the times I got my courtesy pay reinstated only one of them was truly my fault while the other time was completely the banks fault and no one could tell me why their systems even revoked it. So now I have to wait 6 months before even getting the possibility of it being reinstated & Im out $700 of my paycheck. When yet only one of those reinstatements were actually on me. So due to the mysterious error the first time around that no one could provide an answer too I have to wait 6 months?? This is a huge disadvantage to ******* financial situation and the only thing I was told was nothing we can do, youll have to wait 6 months like Im not out $700. So Im complaining about this because its utterly ridiculous & Im hoping to get my 700 credited back to me in my checking account. *** had this bank for years, not happy.Initial Complaint

I am a victim of identity- theft, I am writing to request that you block all accounts disputed as fraudulent on my credit reports with Transunion, Equifax, and Experian. This information does not relate to any transactions I have made. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by Congress and The Federal ***************** which explicitly states when a victim of identity-theft dispute a fraudulent account on his/her credit report it shall be honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information should be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all data furnishers pursuant to section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. 1.
