I proactively contacted CreditKarma immediately after noticing fraud on my account while fraudulent purchases on my spend account were still pending. It's been a week and it is not resolved..at this point the hacker probably walked away with the goods purchased with my money. My money is still not in my account. They scrutinized my ID more than they did the hacker's, photos with my ID under my chin, passcodes, account frozen, new card sent, etc. I wish they made it this hard for the hacker to use my funds AND that they returned my money immediately upon ********** them the first time.

They stole my 2021 Tax Return. 1335 dollars. Don't do Taxes with them.

I had no complaints until the end of last month when my account was hacked. I had to recover over $700. It took longer than it should have. My account got froze, "for my security".... so after I FINALLY get it unfroze, with a brand new account, email, my new physical card i just ordered was on the way, etc..and what happens?!? I get hacked again. Yes I said AGAIN!! Not even 24 hours after getting control of my account I get took for $1202!! And again for my security they freeze my account again. Where was this security beforehand to keep this from even happening!?! Not once but twice within one month?!!? And again I'm not getting any kind of answers, the same lack of empathy, not listening to anything the customer says, and lack of care I have encountered is just unreal. My account is still frozen and I need access and they act like they just don't care. I know that the first time this happened the money was put back and it was resolved on April 3 per the letter they sent, I want to know why it took dang near a week later for them to release my account back to me?! I want to know what the h*** is going on for this too happen TWICE!!

They have a policy if you get denied for credit cards you will receive $50.00 for each card equaling $100.00. I did 2 card and they were denied with good credit. They have been giving me the run around since November 2023. I did the chat 4 times and they keep telling me the credit card department will be contacting me. Each time they sent the same email saying they are waiting for approval. This is now April ************************************ my $100.00. This is false advertisement and I don't appreciate this company stating untrue statement. Everyone always say use CK but they are NOT reliable!

They took over $700 from me and keep making excuses about things that dont make much sense. Not only did they take money from my save account to my spend account without my knowledge or permission, but they sent it to some random cash app. When I tried to file a dispute for fraud, they attempted to close my account and freeze my account. I dont wanna wait any longer to get my money back.

I've never had a issue with Credit Karma, until today. What a scam they run. They advertised this "$50.00 Karma Guarantee" credit card through my dashboard, saying that I was not just preapproved, but guaranteed for this Indigo credit card and if I did not get the card, they'd give me $50. After submitting the application, back on 2/17/2024 and getting the "thank you for your application. You will receive additional information within 7-10 business days" response, I've heard nothing and reached out to CK today, 4/16/2024. The response I was given was "Thanks for contacting Credit Karma Member Support. I'd be happy to look into this for you. Weve confirmed with the banking partner Indigo that your application for the Mastercard Cashback Rewards submitted on 2024/02/17 from this account on ********************** resulted in an incomplete application. As per our terms and conditions, to be eligible you must: fully complete an application, including providing any documents required by the lender, while signed in to your Credit Karma account. Therefore, you are not eligible for the $50.00 Karma Guarantee at this time." Now, I have a hard inquiry based on this guarantee, and this ready-made verbiage all based on click bait. Just for a hard inquiry. Avoid at all cost. Scam.

One star is too much. Credit Karma is not reputable. Been trying to get $50 card from Credit Karma guarantee for more than 6 months. They see the information, acknowledge that they owe the card, but never send it. I wish I had checked the reviews before I got involved with them. Thankfully, this is the only issue I have with them.

Ive used Credit Karma for yrs to watch our credit reports. When I tried to log in today I was denied because we only have 1 phone. So now they discriminate against people with limited means or who live simply. Id rather pay another site than get phone. When I reached out about it. The customer service rep hung up on me. The ********************** report they show arent correct. customer service is nonexistent, and now this plus wow these other reports are scary.

I did my taxes thru turbo tax and had my return deposited into my spend account last year. everything worked out fine . now this year my tax return was also deposited into my credit karma account however my funds were taken suing a digital card. i filed a dispute and right before the dispute was final and funds were deposited back into my account ********************** decided to block my account causing me further more hardship and they aren't able to transfer me to a supervisor or anyone in the *********************** to answer my question or assist ???? how is that right, and i trusted these folks with my tax return this is crazy/

The agency gave misleading information regarding refinancing vehicles for less monthly payments and lower interest rates; driving present interest rates to much higher than quoted. Offers are made by multiple companies with rates far higher than quoted or presented to customers. I received many companies on my report that will remain 3 years before dropping off.
