Worst customer service ever. I have been stuck with them with my original CPAP machine for a few years. Now that my insurance will let me switch machines and companies, I look forward to never having another interaction on the phone, text, or via web with this horrible, horrible company.

same as everyone else. First, it took forever to get the machine; my DR had to bug them daily until they got the thing after 3-4 months. THEN I was told I would have to pay rental for THREE months then the machine was mine. NO; when I was billed for a 4th and 5th month, I called and they said THIRTEEN months. SO, I still rec'd bills after that 13 months. I call, type, chat - no one can give me the answer to this one "Not my deparrtment". 15 months later, I am on hold to CPAP **** as Chat had no idea what to do.

Same as everyone elses reviews. They refuse to bill my insurance and demand payment or be sent to collections. Constant spamming for supplies, I cant understand anyone speaking on the phone, and when we do 3-way insurance calls, they claim the insurance company is giving them wrong insurance information. At this point Id rather die of my sleep apnea than deal with them.

This company is a scam. Terrible product, and they will charge you until you die. If your doctor recommends this company, see a different doctor.

IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY.1. I requested my insurance to be billed, that didn't happen.2. ***** arrive on average 1 week after the DUE DATE, so I end up paying late charges.3. Help on the phone is useless.

WORST COMPANY EVER TO DO BUSINESS.Absolutely terrible company. As ALL others have reported, fraudulently charging for equipment and supplies. Nearly impossible to reach anyone. Calling everyday and harassingly you to reorder when you do not need anything. CALLS AFTER CALLS. Credit card i locked in and they won't let you cancel. Horrible follow up, horrible business ethics. How is this company still in business?

Pacific Pulmonary Services dba AdaptHealth calls me almost every day to sell their CPAP products. I was told over the phone a cushion reorder would be free and paid for by my insurance. So I ordered a small resupply. I was billed a small amount and quickly paid. The next month I was billed the same amount and called them to inquire. The billing **** sent me to the customer service **** and they sent me back to the billing ****. The lady said my insurance denied full payment. I said, why wasn't I told this in advance and can I send the small products back? They said no, its been over one month. She said they are billing me a small amount per month. I asked why didn't they bill me the full amount if insurance didn't cover? That way I would have called to inquire within 30 days and returned the product. She had no answer. They split up the bill because if you receive a full $$$ charge you would realize it is too high and won't pay, so they split it up to smaller amounts and then you can't dispute it. Highly deceptive and unfair.

My first complaint is that it was almost 18 months before I ever saw a bill for the machine. At that point they said my account was past due and wanted all of the money NOW. Of course, I could no longer pay for it out of my Health Spending account. Their excuse was that they had billed my insurance, but the insurance company had absolutely no record of ever receiving the bills. Secondly, the credit card I had initially supplied them expired and they would call me AT WORK 3 or 4 times a day every day of the week trying to get a new credit card number. Because of their billing practices, I refused to give them a new card number. Even after telling them multiple times for over six months that they would NOT be getting a new number and to stop calling me, they continued to do so until I blocked their number.Third, the machine broke once because I rolled over in bed and pulled it off the stand and onto the floor. They did replace it. The second time that happened, they said you only have a few weeks left on the warranty and that wasn't our fault so you're just out of luck. At that point, I still had never received a bill so I let it go. Now I'm paying for a machine - out of pocket - that doesn't even work, just to get them off my back and not be sent to collections.

Same as everyone else. Autobilling my credit card, which I cannot edit, and charging insurance which says there is a discrepancy in my charges from PP and what I actually owe, which is MUCH less!Trying to call them and ***** can't find my account. They couldn't find it once before until I called 3 times and got someone who knew what they were doing.

Pacific Pulmonary Services is terrible at billing. I was charged $286 for supplies because they said my insurance was not active, which it was active. I was told to not open the box of supplies and return it and everything would be fine. Had multiple phone calls with them to resolve this. I even called my insurance just to make sure my coverage was still active, they confirmed it was. Adapt Health apparently does not know how to enter insurance information and they refused to call my insurance. Since they kept saying the insurance was inactive and I refused to pay for supplies I returned they instead moved the charge to this calendar year and for some reason they were able to figure out the insurance and now say that I had not met my deductible to I had to pay. they were going to call me back and never did instead sent it to collections. I am disputing it. if this does not get resolved I may end up paying the money for supplies I returned just to keep it off my credit report. This company is the absolute worse. RUN AWAY FROM THEM!
