I have requested 57 times to unsubscribe from the dozen emails I get every day for months. I have called, waiting on hold for half an hour, spoke with a manager to get off their list. I continue to get their annoying emails. I would NEVER buy anything from this company.Review from JR B

Ordered 2 items on 1/9/2023, paid $13.00 for express shipping, tracking shows it was shipped by slow boat to ****** estimated to arrive 45 days from now. **************** is non- English speaking call center that just reads scripts to wear you down- will not/cannot provide any solutions. Avoid this company at all cost. Even called their customer service manager line, same non-English speaking read the script over and over till you get mad and hang up. Totally disreputable company, you really think customer want to pay for express shipping and get it 45 days later?Review from Michael C

Ordered a single pair of pants.Was charged over $12 for shipping - which took over three weeks to ************, I was overcharged for the Sales Tax!Their outsourced **************** individual was unable to resolve the overcharge.Subsequently, this item was found on the manufacturer's website for less.Travelsmith (aka Magellan) is neither competitive or fair.Take your business elsewhere.Review from Mary Z

In preparation for an upcoming trip, I ordered four items from Travelsmith on October 21. I received an email confirmation that also informed me that Id be notified when the items shipped. When Id heard nothing as of yesterday, I tried to check the status of my order online. The web site, though, is blank except for the words that were experiencing technical difficulties. There IS a phone number listed to call for customer service, however. I called that and requested to know when my items would ship. I was told that theyre undergoing an upgrade, they cant check on my order, and I should call back later in the week. Im distressed that I have no idea if my items will arrive before my departure date, my credit card has been charged, and there is no one able to assist me in checking the status of my order.
