I placed an order on 1/14 for a blouse and jumpsuit. My Amex was charged for these items. I sent an email on 1/19 to the company because I had not received my order. On 1/23 I received an email stating my order was on the way. However, partial order was missing from the shipment. The company did not respond to my email to inform me that the delay was due to back order or that the jump suit pre-order or not available. Instead, they shipped the blouse and never asked if I still wanted the blouse.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 11/30/2024 (Order NWS00580919). I did not receive all of my order, refund, or store credit. Ive called repeatedly, email, and reached out thru social media. Ive received one reply about send a SKU number which I did and thats it. on 11/ 11/2024 I placed an order with naked wardrobe. I received my item and it did not fit so I returned it on 11/17/24 and by 11/20/24 . This is about Naked wardrobe.I had purchased a jumpsuit and returned it 5 days later with tag on it I followed the return instructions I tried it on soon as I received the item after taking a shower and the excuse that they gave me was they said it had a smell in which I dont understand because they only smell is it being in the plastic bag that it came in which it doesnt smell strong I think it is a poor excuse that they did not want to refund me my ****** I think the company is a rip off and to think I spent that much on a jumpsuit because I heard it was good quality.Initial Complaint

Submitted a return request, dropped off the item, it shipped and delivered back to their warehouse on July 16th. Over 3 weeks ago and they have yet to refund me. *** ordered from them more than 10 times, and to see how they treat their loyal customers is upsetting. I emailed them and they said it could take 7-14 days for the refund to process. I still havent gotten it, and now they dont respond, very upsetting. I would have just kept the item if they were just going to take my money. I definitely need to be refunded and hope someone can help.Initial Complaint

Clothing was ordered from this company (against my better judgement - I should have ordered it from Nordstrom instead of the retailer directly), yet 2/3 of the items were ill-fitting and needed to be returned. The company's website states returns can be made within 15 days of receipt, however return mail fees are at the buyer's expense. That's fine - I sent the 2 items that required refunding back via priority mail and the items were marked received a few days later. I emailed the company to confirm receipt and was told they have 7-14 business days to process the return/refund. The 14 day time frame has now lapsed. I've sent 2 additional emails requesting status to the business and even made additional inquiries on their social media pages. NO RESPONSE. This is horrible customer service. They owe me a refund in the amount of about $150 for the returned items, yet they are now uncommunicative. How hard is it to properly service your customers?Initial Complaint

I placed 2 orders with Naked Wardrobe. Order #********* and #*********. It has been radio silence from them since these orders have been placed. I am a huge Naked Wardrobe customer and I have spent an insane amount of money with them over the years. With these 2 orders that were placed more recently they have failed to give any shipping updates or any type of order updates since the orders were placed. I have tried to email and direct message them on instagram several times and even left comments and no response. This is ridiculous customers not receiving their orders. Other customers have been complaining about this same issue as well on their instagram, not just me. If i'm never going to get my order I need a refund asap. This is no way to do business, especially to a valued, returning paying customer. This isn't the first time i've had an issue with them either. Their customer service is completely unresponsive and it makes me not want to shop with them. I just want my 2 orders I placed! The most recent order was supposed to be my outfit for my great grandma's funeral that was ordered ****** ago and nothing still.
