  Lies and purposefully beats around the **** regarding dates. Informed early July they can deliver starting about a week after contact. This triggers their 21 day dispatch timeframe. Late July, had yet to receive my items. A call to dispatch said had yet to dispatch (still within the 21 days) but a second call (after the 21 days) informed me that they had dispatched in the interim. Once dispatched, this triggers a 10 day delivery window. On day 10 with no call for the 24h headsup for next day arrival, I called dispatch again and was told that it had NOT been dispatched. Day 10 also coincides with the latest day 21. They then make up dates and push the 21 days to over 30 days out from first alert. All of this with a failure to give me a heads up call when picking up meaning I almost missed the truck driver and MULTIPLE attempts to communicate in between (including initial alert to attempt delivery since the guy in charge of my account refused to answer until I CC a senior specialist).This is an extremely scummy company that CANNOT be trusted to adhere to their own contract. I now fully expect my stuff to arrive with damages since they have shown such low professionalism.

  Extremely friendly and professional service from the office staff to the on site movers. ****** and **** were very courteous and carefully moved each item with great care. We contracted with Blvd Movers for a long distance move. I would highly recommend!

  I've worked with a lot of companies over the years and this by far is the worst company I have worked with in terms of communication. They never respond, never answer, give false promises. They said my stuff would be there multiple times, it never showed, then they gave me some excuse that it could take up to 21 days for certain circumstances, I don't think it being left in the warehouse is something that qualifies. They also just have no idea where your stuff is, no transparency. Very dishonest company to work with.

  **** and crew were very respectful and friendly. They worked hard all day and unloaded our very large, cross-country load. It was definitely the best experience Ive had with movers. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

  This was a transition from one rental to another with a 2-day gap, so we had to store our belongings overnight. The movers from BLVD Moving planned everything in two stages loading, storage, then unloading and kept everything dry and secure. It all arrived in the same condition we left it in!

  DO NOT ENGAGE THEM!!!We were lead to believe that goods will arrive on time as requested, never mentioned extended delivery window of up to 21 ************ center just relays the same standard message and were told that even a manager call back has a 72 hr window and cant even explore alternative options for faster delivery.Feels like we are scammed of our time and the cost we have to incur to purchase basic furniture/ items due to the extended delay.

  I would NOT recommend BLVD for your moving needs.I hired them to move a studio apartment from ************** to *******, selecting them because they were listed in ****** as a top moving company that did not subcontract services. That turned out to be misleading and I wish I had looked deeper into the reviews before finalizing the contract.Despite my efforts to avoid surprise charges, **** added several last-minute fees: a charge for using the elevator, a long carry fee for walking more than 75 feet, a fee for transferring items to a smaller truck in *******, and even tried to tack on a stair fee (which was dropped only because there were just five steps).I was originally quoted delivery within *********************************** advance. As the 10-day window approached with no updates, I called and was told delivery could take up to 21 days. The driver eventually called the day before the supposed delivery to confirm his arrival and gave me a final balance higher than what I actually owed, saying his paperwork didnt reflect my full payment. He told me I needed to fix it, even though he supposedly worked for the company (which, again, claims not to subcontract).The next day, I waited around all afternoon. No one came. After several unanswered calls, the driver finally picked up that evening to say he wouldnt be delivering that day and would come the following day instead.On delivery day, the issues continued: the movers again claimed I owed more than I did and refused to unload my items until it was sorted. Even more concerning they asked me to transfer the final payment directly to them, which felt uncomfortable and suspicious. I called the company immediately, and they provided the correct payment process.Overall, this company and the people they send to do the work were unresponsive, disorganized, and borderline unprofessional. The entire experience felt like one big scam.

  This company is a liar their relocation expert ****** *. told us that they will move goods in 7 to 10 days they gave that in writing on email and now its 11 days our goods are not here we moved from east coast to west coast they are not g8ving us the status **** and ****** are not answering our calls or messages their accounts is threatening us and my husband has fallen sick dealing with them we are staying and paying for our temporary accommodation. Please dont ever use them they are liars and cheaters each one of them they just blame each other but dont give you solution. They have stranded us ...we are in so much mess because of them...please please dont ever use them...they lie cheat and leave you stranded a horrible experience betrayal of trust no body should go through

  I got quotes from a couple of companies for my move, but the only person who really seemed to want to help me with this was ****** *********. I had so many questions, and he responded to each and every one immediately and thoroughly. I had a statue that needed to be crated by a third-party, and even that ultimately went extremely well. The day the movers came, I had everything in order and they were extremely thorough and making sure everything was on the bill of lading. The moving truck came in a very reasonable amount of time. I did have one picture box that was missing but I immediately called the moving company, they found the picture and I did receive it via ***, I would recommend BLVD to anyone looking to move. I cant speak highly enough of ******, because he understood how stressful and nervous I felt about the number of boxes, furniture, and especially this huge statue that had to be transported. I have moved cross country a couple of times, but I will say I have never had the very personal attention that I had from ****** and BLVD. I am certainly not looking to move at all, but if I were, I would be picking up the phone again to call them. The moving company they use was also extremely professional and kept me informed of every date and time. ****, the moving company, and the company who crated and uncrated my statute are all to be commended. They made this entire process easier than I couldve ever imagined.
