Date of the transaction: 8/5/2021 The amount I paid for the services: $*** What the business committed to provide you: fix our AC issue since it does not work properly What is the nature of the dispute: - The invoice included the replacing of the parts (compressor contactor 30 AMP and 3/4 liquid tie with 8 gauge wire): the cost of the parts are high even though the owner said it is also included the labor fee. When I asked where are the old parts. I did not get any proper responses from the service provider. - The invoice included the *** diagnosis/trip charge which specially said that the fee will be waived if the recommended repairs are completed by us at the time of service). The service fee is done in one visit and when I asked why the fee is not changed. The owner changes the language of the invoice. You were very rude and while I strive to care for all of my customers I reserve the right to refuse service for people who show little to no respect to others. You bombarded not only my company but several other companies. Others were confused by your bad reviews as well. I explained all charges to your husband over the phone BEOFRE COMPLETELING ANY WORK. I had explained to YOUR SON THOROUGHLY what was going on. MORE work was needed. Not once did you come out after your husband approved it. Or after it was left working. As I got to my other call I was not able to really speak with her because you were blowing up my phone being VERY aggressive and rude. As I told your husband before hand I would not wave my service fee and had my office correct the mistake that was made. I AM A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS WHY WOULD I NOT REPLACE THE ITEMS WITH NEW ONES??? Who ripped you off that you are taking it out on me? I even took the time to do extra work at NO CHARGE. I would have gladly come back for any issues that may arise but after your harassment I refuse to offer you our services. You have stickers of ********* on your unit PLEASE call them.
