Kobi windows and door were installed in our home as part of a remodel. They all have broken seals which is causing condensation between the panes of glass. I took photos and shared them with Kobi. On December 8, 2021, they sent out a representative who confirmed the issues. At that time, they agreed to order replacements for 2 large windows and 3 french doors. I have called repeatedly and have been told someone will return my call which they haven't. I was also told that the windows were delivered and installed in our house which they have not been. I'm not sure that I trust them to follow-up with replacement windows so perhaps a refund would be a better resolution. That is why I have listed both.Initial Complaint

ON 5-18-2021, GAVE A 50% DEPOSIT AND ORDERED A CUSTOM BIFOLD DOOR FOLDING TO THE RIGHT (LOOKING FROM OUTSIDE) WITH A KEYED ENTRY FROM OUTSIDE. HAVE SEVERAL EMAILS CONFIRMING MY GARAGE IS IN BACK OF MY PROPERTY AND IT WILL HAVE A KEYED ENTRY SINCE I ENTER MY HOME FROM THE YARD-I WAS ASSURED IN SEVERAL EMAILS AND PROVIDED A PICTURE OF THE LOCK LEVER. AFTER 3 MONTHS, DOOR WAS READY. I BOOKED THE CONTRACTOR TO PREPARE THE DOORWAY AND INSTALLER. RESULT -THE DOOR WAS OPENING IN THE WRONG DIRECTION (LEFT), NO PULLS, NO KEYED ENTRY FROM OUTSIDE...I CONTACTED ****. THE MAKE SHIFT CORRECTON OFFERED WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE BECAUSE IN TOTAL THIS DOOR WAS COSTING ME $****** AND I INSISTED ON CONFIGURATION THAT I ORDERED. RECOMMENDATION 3 PANEL DOOR...DECLINED FROM ****...I GAVE THEM DEADLINE 9-3-21-SILENCE, DISPUTED MY CC CHARGES AND ASKED THEM TO PICK UP THEIR DOOR. NO RESPONSE I HAVE ORDERED FROM ANOTHER VENDOR AND WILL WAIT 2 MOS.
