On Aug 28, 2023 I reached out to Splendid to let them know I had a $137 credit from a return on May 13, 2017 that I wanted to redeem. I let them know I was having difficulty redeeming it on their website as I tried to purchase something else. Their customer service **** *************** said the credit was too old and I could not redeem it. I informed them in ************* credits do not expire and if they did not honor the credit I would reach out to the BBB. They said there was nothing they could do to help. The credit details are below. Is there any way you can get them to honor the credit and provide a refund? I am no longer am interested in purchasing anything from this company. I purchased a pair of pants from this establishment. I tried the pants on in the store and the pants were loose fitting. I liked them and I purchased them. I hand washed the leg of the pant once. The instructions on the tag is to wash the pant in the washing machine on gentle and I can line dry. Fine. The pant goes through the wash once and they are splitting at the seams. How is this even possible? It is ridiculous to charge $150 for a cotton pant that cannot be washed once. And what was worse, the small stain on the pant didnt even come out. Can I wash them again? No. The pant will split apart Id imagine. Where is the quality control? I purchased a shirt from these people years ago and they can handle the wash. This year I had to send 3 items back because I couldnt wear them down the street without pilling. The clothes are in tatters. They can reach out for photos and the receipt.Initial Complaint

Order # ****** I purchased several sleep items during a sale at Splendid.com. My previous experience with their product was excellent and fit was always a tad large. They have a size chart on their website and I reviewed that as well as comparing the measurements given on each product page. They were slightly less than the measurements of previous purchases but not by much at all. With the first hand knowledge that they run big I ordered the same size I always did - Medium. When they arrived the differentiating factors were noted: fabric (different than others I had prev. purchased but not a deal breaker) but the other factor was they were SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than the other items I had purchased and these items were much smaller and shorter in top length than even shown on the models in photos on the site.These items were "final sale" but being that they did not align with their size chart nor when comparing the measurements on the page with products I have now were they that different. In addition the stitch quality on the ****** sleep sets is not good.I purchased these final sale items in good faith because of the good luck I have had with the brand in the past. These items do not match the fabric (again fine), have some manufacturing issues but most of all they are not even close to the size chart nor the measurements on the articles. I sincerely just would like a one time exception to return these items and continue to be a customer with better understanding of your product and fit from first hand. This with the quality issues in some garments seems like a reasonable ask as an exception to the rule.
