Do not waste your time or money. They drag out your file past the time thresh holds and make you get multiple termite reports at $150-$200 a piece, then make you pay for an appraisal at $400-$500 each time. And will charge you an additional $600 for the said appraisal on your closing cost. And every 90 days will re-run your credit hard check dinging your score. I really wanted to take advantage of my veteran benefits but I am absolutely disgusted. VA home buyers or refinance, pick a different company. Absolutely disgusted with the process after dealing with these people. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager a week ago and have yet to be contacted.Nothing but false hopes and promises!Review from Annette M

************** were both great to work with-friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Any question(s) I had were addressed that day. Very patient with us when we had "tech" restraints or issues.Highly recommended!
