Giant Partners has been a major partner and data provider to our business 8 years. We have tried other data companies with much significantly less success. We use Giant Partners / List Giant to provide data for our marketing team. I have been working with the same account ***** ******* for the entire length of my business with Giant Partners. I feel like he is a part of our team here. Thank you Giant Partners.

I have worked with GiantPartners for about 5 months now. The goal was to improve our SEO. Getting the initial meeting to get going took some time. About one month to set up which I am told is standard in some cases. I was shown a few key words I was was told were vital to the project. These words showed up in a lot of searches. They were very specific to what we do. Personal Training specifically. We do not have memberships, no classes, just private instruction. GiantPartners gave me a list of what was supposed to be our competitors. Their list includes corporate gyms, parcor kids, chiropractors, etc. Again, We offer private personal training. This was the 1st of many flags. I questioned a few things they said but they assured me they were experts in this area and worked with corporate giants like 24hour fitness in their strategy, SEO, and marketing. Now, we are a gym but we are very niche. I explained this and was told even better. When doing a search for our services you will not find any of the companies on the list of they provided as our competitors. This is another flag. I saw one direct competitor on the list. Months later and I am often asking for updates. The updates again include completely irrelevant key words we rank for. The reports didn't show many of the key words I was told were vital. I big issue I find here is the lack of effort and attention this account received. I was met with "well we didn't just do nothing at all." This is what is being used to justify the lack of work done to this point. I hired a 3rd party to look into the matter due to the lack of updates, communication, and results. After going through the work that was done the company concluded that in fact minimal work had been done and there wasn't much attention given to the account. A better explanation would be that what I was paying thousands for each month wasn't being done. Their was a list of things the contract said were to be done. Some things were done the 1st month, some not at all to date, and other done but not tied with any viable link so useless blogs. I had a meeting with our account manager and she said to look into our shared folder to see updates and whats been done. I see that the mojaority of these files haven't been accessed since August (August is the 1st month we got started). We are currently in January. I asked to set up a meeting asap to get explanations and was met with "we have other clients that also need help and attention." I believe if you can't treat a client like they're you're only one you shouldn't take their money. I paid a lot of money to this company and the work promised in the contract wasn't delivered. If the work delivered was up to the standards of GiantPartners then I would advise against using this company at all. If it wasn't up to the GiantPartners standard then this was a case where a small business was pushed to the side for a bigger account. I had C******** as my account manager. I will say C******** is very easy to talk to. Unfortunately she doesn't have a hand in the work being done. Dealing with a middle man and not being able to speak with someone who does the work to get some accountability makes an impossible situation. To my understanding there is NOT ONE person in charge of SEO. S**** is supposed to oversee these things but literally had no input or explanation of what had been done. He is hands off it seems and directs work to a "team". Makes sense how the account was neglected. I have a final meeting coming up to see if we can resolve this matter. In closing, I see that what was promised wasn't delivered in some cases, other things weren't done fully, and somethings that were presented to me didn't accurately reflect the progress that was made. UPDATE: Had a meeting. A lot of dodging questions, no explanation what was done outside of a few blogs that had no viable links. Given the outcome I have asked to terminate my agreement immediately. C*** agreed and says he will make it right. I don't know what that means. I asked for a full refund. I believe this is in order. My business could have seen positive growth. Instead we have remained stagnant and in a particular vital key word deemed vital actually went backwards. GiantPartners dropped the ball on this one. I will not work with them moving forward. They offered to work on this free of charge. Given their history I wouldn't trust this work to them. Mistakes in this area can cost you customers and penalties from Google algorithm. C*** says he would get back to me yesterday or Monday at latest. I am waiting to here back and will update. I will update my review post resolution. Anyone looking to work with this company I would gladly send supporting documentation to support the events. Small business is dying. We need people in our corner and GiantPartners is not a friend to small business in my personal experience.
