I recently visited **** Fremont's service department for my 2022 **** Bronco with only **** miles on it. Unfortunately, my overall experience was very bad. I was disappointed that some parts were not covered under warranty, even with such low mileage, resulting in unexpected expenses. To make matters worse, it took them four months to get my car back, even though I was willing to pay out of pocket. I had to escalate the issue to **** customer care to finally get my car back.Moreover, the communication regarding the status of my vehicle was poor. I had to continuously follow up with the staff to get updates on my car's status. I have no plans to buy any vehicle from any dealerships under the same name in the future.Despite the poor experience, I still love my Bronco. However, I cannot recommend **** Fremont's service department due to the issues I faced.Review from David L.

Took my car in to fix a seat lumbar issue. Sure got fixed but ruined inside of my almost perfect interior because of lack of taking precautions and cover work areas with proper equipment. And this dealership has new ownership well needless to say bad start, bad business to the public..Review from CZ

I would give this dealer a 0 star, purely price gouging and greedy dealer. Never choose fremont ford as the dealer when you online order the mach e/ bronco/ F150, they will charge $10K to $15 markup on the top of the price indicated by the online order.This kind of dealers is destroying the **** and traditional america car industry.Review from Anup C

For those picking Fremont Ford for Mach E or any online Ford.com purchase please don't go with Fremont Ford if you want to avoid Markup which they can set on the car. When Mach E was available online, I did order one and selected Fremont Ford as the place to get it delivered to. Once delivered after 6 months they held the car as hostage and gave me 24 hours to pay for it with a 5K markup. In my view, it clearly doesn't make sense to pay markup after waiting for 6 months on the order. I opened a case with Ford Marketing CAS******** not sure if Ford can do anything either here as Dealers seem to have more power than Ford on final price. The GM ******* ****** at this dealership says they are right here and once they have the car they can sell it for any price they want to and what the market is willing to buy it for. So don't get excited when you order at Ford.com the price isn't final and be ready to be at the mercy of the dealer to get the car. Based on this experience, I highly suggest avoiding any purchase or service at this dealership, they will try to get most out of you and try to defraud you as much as possible. This is the history of the car with the VIN ***************** - Ordered by me online on Nov 27th not willing to pay the additional 5K the dealer added on top of the MSRP as in my view, it clearly doesn't make sense to pay markup after waiting for 6 months on the order. To whoever getting this car hope you search the VIN and end up here knowing that my loss and your additional money is the dealer's gain here. This is where Tesla still has an edge over Ford any day, you pay what you ordered in the first place regardless. Not sure how Ford can continue with this model if this is how it works.

MSRP mean " Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price", it does not mean asking or selling price. Any retailer , regardless of Make or model , can set there asking price. We have sold many other people that ordered the Mach E at our asking price, you choose not to, which is your choice.
