I placed an order (order # ****) for a part for my wood burning stove on Feb 26, 2022. I was required to pay the $493.46 upfront. I was told 6-8 weeks to receive. I am still waiting. I emailed them May 14 and was told the material would arrive in June to make the part. I emailed them July 25 and was told Id get an update. I have never received an update despite emailing them Sept 5, Sept 7, Oct 6, and Oct 17. The only phone number that works has a voicemail that does not allow messages to be left. My credit card company cannot assist since they have no available phone number.I have contacted the ******************************* but they did not have a working phone number either. I have asked for my money back but have been ignored. I need either the part or my money back. I have been more than patient. I greatly appreciate your assistance!Thank You!Initial Complaint

I ordered woodstove bricks and a ceramic blanket on July 23. My purchase order number is ****. My customer account number is ******. My order number is ********. I received portions of the order in two separate shipments. The last email indicated I had all items. I responded that was not true. They did correct that with an email indicating I would receive the rest of the order, however none have shown. I have contacted the company again via e mail without response. I would like the 2 remaining fire bricks 1 3/8 x 9 listed as H5599 OR my $48 for these two items. I do have all corresponding e mails available if they need to be scanned and sent.Business response

We are NO LONGER IN **********, and we hadn't been a member of the BBB in YEARS because it does nothing to protect the BUSINESSES.
FYI ******************, we reply to all your emails but you use YAHOO and apparently it blocks us.
We have NO control over the manufacturer or COVID. Last they replied.... JANUARY 12, 2022 is their projected production date on the bricks you have not received.
Use a different email address to correspond with us or request refund and we will cancel what hasn't shipped...it is that SIMPLE.
