Upon viewing the property was listed for $3499 on Oct.17th, we discussed at length our qualifications. While applying their accounting was inaccurate w/our combined income, they were very unorganized w/our applications. We met all the qualifications. The day the ran our credit Oct.20th, they increased the rent to $3750 and then denied us. We asked for refund of the application fee, it was $49.95 per person. We spent a total of $249.75. Such a scam. Please do not do business with this rental company. They are not honest, manipulative and their verbal word means nothing. Get it in writing when you meet them. Prior to applying, save your time and money! Running your credit score only weakens your score. They do not know what they are doing.

Dear Applicant,Unfortunately, neither you nor your husband's credit meet our minimum credit requirements. We cannot adjust credit scores according to the prospective tenant's explanations, no matter the justification, only the credit bureaus have that capacity. We can mail you a copy of the credit report we received and used to make our decision if you desire.Good luck in your search.Customer Response

No one asked you to adjust our credit scores. Thats your response to my review? Changing the rental amount. Requesting information from *************** to apply for the property. If we were not qualified why run our credit? Im simply asking that you return our funds for the application fee. And to be upfront and honest with renters!Review from Laura P

Excellent property managers! They prepare annual market surveys, do visual assessments of the properties to recommend maintenance, repairs and upgrades as needed, promptly handle vacancies, and are very responsive.
