Excellent customer service & support. They went beyond the call of duty to facilitate the process, answer my questions and resolve any "bumps in the road." I spoke to 3 of their representatives and all of them were professional, personable & helpful. I'd heartily recommend them.Review from debra h.

They were the best of the best and if there was a complaint to be had, I always seem to find it. They were great in every way: friendly, experienced, fast. Give them your mechanic's company's name so they can get a little money too. Maybe the mechanic has to be signed up for it. I don't know. Mine was. Glad to help him out a little. *********** kept calling and calling me until I picked up the phone. Good for him!!! Not like many companies where they call once and give up and don't pick up your car. This company gave me a superlative job. Lots of communication too.

Overall good, however, it took 3 missed opportunities to get it done due to some mis-communication. Would have appreciated phone conversations to include a recap of what was expected of me in terms of my availability. I misunderstood what I was supposed to do. Also It would have helped if there was a grace ****** within which to return a missed phone call. In two cases I responded within 10 minutes but it was to late. Also the drivers are unresponsive to phone calls which would have helped in one case.Donate for Charity, Inc. Response

Hi *******, Thank you for letting us know about your experience with the vendor that picked up your car. I encourage you to leave a review for their company directly. It appears we followed up with that vendor a number of times, and we understand your frustration. I hope you had a better interaction with our company's service (Donate For Charity). Ultimately, our company is linked to whichever vendor is picking up a vehicle which is terribly frustrating to not have direct control over the pick up experience for our donors beyond the phone calls we make to the vendor until a vehicle is picked up. So, I will be VERY cautious in assigning another vehicle to that company, since it clearly reflects poorly on how you view Donate For Charity's service. Thank you for letting us know!Review from sh a

I am so pleased with my decision to donate moms auto to Donate for Charity, Inc. The process was extra simple with the helpful assistance of *******************************. She guided me step-by-step throughout the task so graciously and proactively facilitated clearing up any misunderstandings on my behalf. Without her active participation and follow-up, I'm certain I would not have successful seen this project through.
