Below is what I experienced with your company. I emailed with **** a lot of times to tell her about the move I was scheduling. It was noted that I have a one bedroom to move. I have in writing quotes of $99 an hour, then $102 per hour, and I paid $106 per hour. I told her I had dressers, a sofa, a dining table, a bed and some patio chairs/table. I said I will have packed everything myself, which I did.This was what **** wrote "the move we would project would take with 2 movers and no packing around 4hrs+30mins as a double drive time so 4.5hrs in total "She also wrote "Our movers will wrap all your furniture with blankets and unlimited shrink wrap for FREE, provide use of wardrobe boxes for your closet items, load everything onto the truck and unload it at your drop-off location. If there's any item that needs to be packed up, disassembled and reassembled, our movers will do that for you as well at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. We can also unmount TVs for you. Our movers will also set up and place all your furniture and unpack boxes if needed." PLEASE NOTE THEY DID NOT SET UP MY FURNITURE OR PUT BOXES IN THE APPROPRIATE LOCATIONS OR EVEN UNWRAP FURNITURE AS IT WAS 5 AM.I was contacted by ****, another mover at the same company, saying he was 2 hours late. I called Siba and she scheduled me with movers that would be there within the window I was waiting for. The movers showed up at 4:17 pm, I have a picture of the time from my call box. The window was ****, which is already a long time to wait. There were two movers and another who said he was the manager. When he entered my apartment, he said he had down that it was "under one bedroom" he said it must have been a mistake from his sales team, but that the truck he brought may be too small. I have in writing, communicated with lamovingstar that it is a one bedroom. At this point, the manager should have gotten a bigger truck, he never did, and then at 3 am they were pushing stuff in and had to take apart a table in order to fit my stuff, also strapped my mattress to the back of the truck with the door open, driving like that. During the incredibly long move the manager was not watching my stuff, which was left on wilshire blvd and with the door wide open, for anyone to steal. In addition, the other movers left my stuff in the hallway by the elevator of a 227 unit apartment building, for anyone to steal. I mentioned this to the manager on multiple occasions and nothing was done, I ended up having to watch my stuff. I went to check and the manager/driver was drinking *********************** Tennessee apple with 7% alcohol and not watching my stuff. In addition, I had about ***** water bottles, the only water I had left for the myself, and the movers drank all of the bottles, going into my fridge without permission and taking them then leaving them around the apartment for me to clean.In addition, my office chair is broken, I assume from stuffing it into the truck.I was told we were leaving and to take my stuff from my fridge and kitchen. I did so and then it was over 1.5 hours of the movers figuring out how to ********* into the truck and all my food went bad. I have videos of this. We got to the location around 330am. I had to miss work because my boxes were not properly put into the rooms they were labeled to be in and I couldn't find my work stuff as all the boxes were stacked in my garage because the move was taking a ridiculously long time, and because it was 6 am and I work at 9 am. My chairs and dressers were not unwrapped.This was such a horrible experience for me. I want my money back. I have never heard in my life of a move taking over **** hours and not completed for just a one bedroom 700 sq ft apartment.
