Bought a furnace for our recently bought mobile last March of 2020. Furnace had issue not turning on properly had technition come out and fix it twice but still not working. After the 2nd time company started ignoring our calls and messeges and not returning our calls.Business response

We have a one-year non-transferrable warranty, and as explained to Mr. *****. We also no longer have any HVAC technicians as we no longer offer the service at this time, which I explained to Mr. *****. We have sent out two different technicians who have made a diagnosis and the first troubleshooting repairs at no cost to Mr. *****. It was determined that additional repairs were needed, and we have returned all of Mr. *****'s phone calls regarding this issue, again at no cost. As of yesterday (Thursday), we have the next service repair scheduled for Monday morning per his request. I have personally taken care of Mr. ***** above and beyond our company's standard policies because that's the kind of company we are. Also, I had not seen this complaint yet before all of this was even set up. We will get his furnace working ASAP, we understand it has been cold at night and we want to make sure he is happy when we're all done.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
They fixed it for 3rd time including yesterday after your response but still furnace is not working and if this is ongoing issue and will happen til our warrant ends there is no other option but them to replace the furnace to new ine. The tech did state when first repair happen that, “ the guy who installed it didn’t do it properly that the fuse were burnt out.”Business response

First, I misspoke in my first response stating "Monday" when I meant to say "Friday", I'd like to update the record with that. Mr. *****e has communicated with us that the furnace is still not working after Friday's inspection which passed all diagnoses tests while the technician was there. He noted the only thing which could be causing problems is the homeowner not leaving the furnace door open for air flow which has been demonstrated to solve the problem each time we have gone out. As long as that door is open it should operate properly. With that in mind, on Friday, I let Mr. ***** know that we had a part on order to see if we couldn't solve the issue once and for all. The part came in today and we now have an appointment for that installation on Wednesday this week. We are effectively communicating and trying to resolve this, again, above and beyond our service warranty period and terms and conditions policies.
