    I was a bit skeptical about doing online counseling, but I have been extremely pleased with the match that was made for me. My therapist is highly professional, punctual, empathetic, and has given me some very useful skills to apply in my situation. He also honored my Buddhist philosophy and incorporated that into my treatment. The company is rich in resources, and the therapist is really up-to-date on current theories. I highly recommend them.

    ZERO STARS - ABSOLUTELY A SCAM - NUMBEROUS CLASS ACTIONS - ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE - - FTC 8MIL FINES FOR SCAMMING ! TOOK MY MONEY AND WONT RETURN IT - CANT CALL - THEY HIRED AN ANSWERING SERVICE! TOTAL SCAM

    Better Help keeps stealing $90/week from me after they refuse to call me back when I had issues with their website. I was not able to talk to anyone about this situation. If you call, you get and answering service where they give Better Help a message with a ***** hour call back promise; Better Help NEVER calls back. In the meantime, they are stealing $90/week. Run away from Better Help.

    I have used better help on and off for over 5 years and they have improved their offering by including weekly one on one sessions, weekly support groups, and daily unlimited classes. I am learning a lot and feel like myself again. Its a wonderful self care option without having to drive to see your therapist or support group.

    DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They will charge you every week even if you did not have a session with a therapist! They are scammers! I was charged twice for sessions I didnt have & am trying to cancel my membership so instead I am closing my credit card account which was hacked anyway & am not giving them my new account number! Be aware! I had a great therapist but the company in itself is a scam! What a shame for the therapists that work for them! Im 74 years old & cannot afford to be charged for sessions I never had!

    I've had a good experience with my Betterhelp brain wellness consultant. He has always been present in our meetings and between meetings. My consultant is punctual, professional, discreet, and down-to-earth. I would recommend Betterhelp to anyone looking to improve wellness.

    BetterHelp has been a positive success for therapy for myself. It is a very user friendly app and my therapist has always been supportive. This is an app that you can use on your phone, anywhere and anytime!! No more anxiety about going somewhere to talk; you can receive therapy from your bed, car, or even a park. I would recommend BetterHelp 100 times over to anyone!!

    They are a fraudulent company, out to steal your money. They will charge hidden fees. Therapists won't show up to scheduled meetings. I had to fight with them tooth and nail to get my refund, and they wouldn't let me cancel my subscription without a valid reason. ***** ON THIS "COMPANY"

    BetterHelp allowed support and guidance in a way that actually allowed me to let myself go into therapy and have someone else help me. ****** allowed the experience to be my own, and supported me along every step of the way as I went through my situation. Not only that, but she opened my eyes to the help a therapist can actually bring throughout life and relationships problems. The help and importance of a third party seeing the situation is nice to get a real experience with. Its never easy to be open with someone youve never met before, but Im glad to have picked ****** as my therapist, she gave me that feeling immediately. Thank you BetterHelp!
