Has been an ideal resource. Allows me to utilize therapy that is convenient for me, classes that assist with behavior modification and group sessions that help to strategize and navigate feelings of shame and isolation. Even offers faith based counseling. My only critique, my insurance still wont cover it. Thank goodness they have economical hardship sliding scale.Review from Danette T

I am vey pleased with BetterHelp ,************************ has offer me to set up BetterHelp for me ,after battling with ovarian cancer 4 years ago ,I was count throw to some tuff times , and I need it more support so BetterHelp help me to find a matching therapist that can relate to me ,am still in sessions with my therapist and hope that I can continue to chat with my therapist after all my 8 weeks session ends ,as I never know how things can change as the way cancer can hit or can so do changes in me . But happy that BetterHep gave me what can offer and if more needed I can always make does options to choose from thank you BetterHelp for all you do .Review from Gina F

Betterhelp makes therapy quickly accessible. I was able to match with a therapist and schedule my first session easily within a week of signing up.This meant a lot during a difficult time in my life.I like that theres a wide range of therapist to choose from and the survey helped me identify what I was looking for.Review from Kate D

It is not just my opinion that therapy is beneficial for every individual, it is also backed by science. That being said, historically therapy has existed behind a high pay wall, mostly benefiting only those who had the ability to spend hundreds of dollars on an hour of their time many times a month. Even with insurance, therapy was still hardly affordable for me. And even when I decided my mental health was worth the price, it was very difficult to find a therapist who fit my schedule, let alone my needs. BetterHelp has been the answer to all of these barriers. BetterHelp is far more affordable than every other option available to me, especially when it comes to wanting to establish a longer-term relationship with a provider. Further, the ability to be remote and the ease of finding and changing mental health professionals through the app is a total game changer. I know that I am living a better life because of BetterHelp. I also know that I would not be on BetterHelp if it were not for the accessibility that it provides through price and therapists.Review from MARY D

This fake therapy service continuously uses tactics that should be deemed illegal. Their deceptive messages demean general concerns in everyones life and hopes to take advantage of common conditions. Additionally, I have continuously asked through different apps ********* Instagram, ********, and more) to discontinue displaying advertising from BetterHelp yet they are one of about three companies that continuously get around my advertising preferences. Im unsure how this is happening.Review from April F

This business is a scam. A $300/mo subscription is a lot of money. My therapist canceled more appointments than she showed up to with no advance warning and I still have to pay the subscription for no services in the last month.
