      Placed a large order, they charged me for the entire order then emailed me 5 days later saying items were not available and that they didnt charge me BUT it will take 3-5 business days for my bank to release the funds back to my card, which means they charged me and issued a refund for the unavailable items, I attempted calling customer service to remedy this, no answer after 40 minutes on hold waiting for someone, I emailed them and nobody responded. I will never make a purchase with this store again & I highly recommend anyone that does to stay away from them, you might be okay but chances are based on the research Ive done online something will go wrong and you will be in the same position Im in. I gave them one star because Im unable to give them no stars and thats the only reason they even have a 1.

      Was at the location in *********; they have amazing sales happening now. I grabbed a jacket that was clearly marked $19.98. I was excited to acquire such a bargain. However, when I went to the register the merchandise rang at $69.98. The clerk was charging me that price and told him that is not the price tag says. I asked for the manager and dont want to honor the price as well. This is HOOK and BAIT, which is basically illegal. I explained to the manager and he just says Im sorry and will not honor the price.

      Order cancelled, item appeared in stock for almost a week after I placed my order and it said confirmed order. This is bad business, I will never shop at shoe palace anymore. Im not getting my shipping charge refunded.

      I ordered a pair of shoes based off the description and the photos on the website for shoe palace. When first ordered I got a message saying it would be received next day, I was happy but surprised by that. Later it was update for a later delivery. When the shoes arrived, they look slightly different from the website. The material on the toe is not smooth like the picture makes it seem. It is a wrinkled material that makes the shoe really wide at the toe and has a work wrinkled look. The supervisor ***** and a *** 213 were no help at all. Shoe Palace online makes it very difficult to do a return and will also charge a restocking fee. The hoops you have to jump through raised my blood pressure and I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. *** 213 denied me a supervisor on our call.

      Purchased a shoe online 3/29 and it arrived on 4/4. The shoe had clear defects and needed to be returned. I went directly to their website and sent an email with all required information as well as filled out the contact form (4/5). I sent at least 5 emails (including the contact sheet) and attempted to call their CS line about a dozen times to no response. Someone finally messaged messaged me back on 4/24!!! They agreed to provide me with a return label and offered a full refund ONCE THE PACKAGE WAS MARKED AS SENT, not when it was received. I sent the package out on 4/29 and sent 2 additional follow up emails on 5/4 and 5/6 about my refund as I still hadn't heard anything back. The shoes had arrived back to them on 5/7. Finally on 5/16 they messaged me back claiming I must have an issue with my account as they had "attempted" a refund. They even admitted they had received a failed refund payment on 5/1 over 2 weeks prior but had just now reached out. After several back and forth emails they claimed they were unable to issue me a refund unless I canceled my dispute with them. I told that I wouldn't be doing that as this purchase was made 2 months prior and I had still not received any refund and now I was out the shoes as well. They then claimed I had to wait through the dispute process and they couldn't do anything more. What an absolute horrible experience for something they could've avoided if they had only checked the product they were shipping. Their stores are also horrendous in general, employees with ignore you and go about as if you aren't there

      We just purchased the **** ** IV Aunt ***** shoes for my son, they arrived today. My son is a highschool athelete and went to gym to try them out. He came home with the paint peeling off the toes. I have called Shoe Palace **************** today and reported, sent pictures and waiting for our refund. In addition, I reported them to **** direct, gave them Shoe Palace address and poor quality of the shoe. **************** advised if they did not issue a refund to go online ************** and file a claim for the quality of the shoe and Shoe Palace too (if they choose not to refund). Or you can call report directly to customer service. I will never buy anything from this Shoe Palace ever again!!!!

      I am in the process of trying to get some communication about a cancelled order to receive a refund. It has been over 2 weeks since I have heard anything from Shoe Palace. I have emailed, called SEVERAL times, and even contacted them on social media. This is insane and I can't believe the customer service is so poor. I buy sneakers all the time, and I hate that this experience was so awful. Hopefully they redeem themselves because I don't like giving companies bad reviews.

      Ordered 8 items from there, first of all, my order weas split into 5 separate shipments which I get they have different fulfillment centers but was immediately a red flag as it just seems like a recipe for disaster. Sure enough, I received 5 packages but was missing part of my order. I reached out on their website's contact page, no response. I've reached out by email, no response. I've called their customer service line 5 times, each time you are left on hold for upwards of 20 min and then hung up on. Cannot get a live person to save my life. Thankfully, I paid through ****** and will likely end up getting a refund through them but the items I was missing, are things I really wanted. Also, had some items I did not like but you HAVE to mail them back and if I cant even get in contact with the company, why would I just send off over $200 worth of merchandise and just hope that I get refunded? I really wish I would have read reviews before I ordered and just went in store to make my purchase.

      This company oversells products. I placed two orders with this company. There three items in each order. Every time they processed my order, they would send half of the products and cancel the rest of the order. Which wouldnt normally be an issue but why not update your website to reflect the correct inventory so you dont sell products that are out of stock. Also, their merchant service is trash. You cannot place an order through their encrusted merchant system because it categorizes each attempt as fraud. You have to pay using Klarna or After Pay, or PayPal. Which is predatory! Why should I have to use a third-party debt system or PayPal?! The issue with PayPal is that they hold your money for weeks when youve received a refund. The last refund took almost 6 weeks to post to my bank account. Im so tired of patronizing this business. Currently, Ive been on hold (havent encountered a live representative since I called) for 25 minutes. I also sent an email two days ago and have never received a reply. At this point, Im thinking theres no one working at this company and if they are, theyre just stealing company time. I will never support this company again after these issues. Its so frustrating.
