I used this company to install a solar electricity system. I was told that they would be my point of contact for any issues or questions I had with the system. Several times I spent weeks just getting ahold of someone to talk to about questions and issues. Their customer service is really poor. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that this isn't racial discrimination. I've given them chance after chance. The last straw came when the 3G monitoring system stopped working on May 31, 2022 and they didn't inform me ahead of time that this was happening.Business response

Hello, We are so sorry for the delay as we have been out of the office. This Customer got a prepaid cellular data card that came with the purchase of solar 3 years prior to now. That prepaid cellular data card has now expired. We have reached out to customer to tell him we would be happy to order a new one and come install it if he would like. Please not the cellular data card is for monitoring purposes only and does not have any effect on his sytem production. I have researched and want to note that we have no emails, calls that have come in (we have a 24 hour call answering service), or texts from this customer. I have the text string in my phone with this customer and have numerous communication, however nothing recent. We are confused as we have not done anything wrong, have not missed communication with the customer, and there is no issue with his system.
