    confirmed order was never shipped until i had to call and ask why my order wasn't shipped and then was informed that the items i purchased were never in stock but they took my payment and sent me a confirmation of my order with a thank you for the order. They were also selling the same exact items on other platforms like **** and being listed as available and my order was through their website which should have taken precedence over any orders from other platforms but instead they sold the items for more money on other platforms and cancelled my confirmed order through their own website which was sold like i said for less money for going through their own website. But i beleive they would rather fill the **** orders instead of cancelling them because they knew they would have gotten a whole bunch of negative reviews if they did and just the deal with the fallout with their own registered customers. this was unacceptable and I will never buy a single item again from this bussiness.

    I decided to give a try to www.diecastmodelswholesale.com. Ordering was simple and easy. What I liked the most is $9.95 flat rate shipping cost, so I decided to purchase eleven items. Prices they have are very competitive and only pay one shipping cost, I found it as a bargain. Later on the same day I received email that my order was already shipped. In four days I received in in ******** which is pretty far from where they ship from (**********). Items were packed very securely, each item was wrapped with bubble wrap and window boxes were protected with carton from being dented in shipping. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Just give it a try and you will come back for more.

    I would just like to take the time to express my satisfaction with my recent order. About 2 weeks ago, I ordered a 1:18 scale Ferrari F2012 for my diecast collection and I must say that every part of my purchasing experience was phenomenal. I found your site to be intuitive to navigate, your listings are impressive, and your pricing very competitive. Furthermore, I received my model a full 2 days earlier than I had been anticipating, which was a pleasant surprise! I was also quite pleased to see the care that was taken in packaging the model. I've ordered from several other online retailers in the past and I have yet to see anyone else take as much care in preparing a model for shipping as you do. As an avid diecast collector who has unfortunately received a few models which were damaged in transit before, I greatly appreciate this! This was my first time ordering from your company and I'm completely impressed. I will certainly be purchasing more products from you in the future.

    I just wanted to let you know I received the below order in full and am very pleased. The packaging and delivery were beyond my expectations. I had read some of your bad press on one of the diecast forums before I ordered and was concerned. Those concerns were not warranted. I will also post on that site that I had an excellent experience with Diecast Models Wholesale. It is too bad the people that have a bad experience have to shout from the rooftops, and all the good experiences go unnoticed! Thanks again for the excellent service! All of the orders I have received from your company thus far have consistently been shipped quickly and packaged very well and for only a small, flat-rate fee. As a result, I continue to make your company my first stop when I am looking for diecast models.
