    I ordered a 3 in one charger and it is faulty. There is no active working customer service number that I can find. I sent an email with no response. I went on their live chat and no response. Generally I would want a replacement but now I want my money back because you have to do too much legwork and get nothing out of them. They got my money. I bought 3 products and two of them work properly. I want my money back for the one that doesn't work as advertised

    The product sent did not work close to expectations (the magnet was very weak), so I decided to ask for a refund the day I received it. I filled out the return request, and the company said you cannot return the item if it has been opened or if it hasn't been opened, but you changed your mind. I emailed them back after my return request was denied and told them they should remove returns as an option from their site since you can not return the item. They were going to charge me $14.99 for a restocking fee before they denied me, which I was okay with.

    On January 17th I placed an order for a ******* 3 in 1 charger. When I received the order the box was damaged and there was no seal on the box. The item I received is not the item I ordered. I ordered a ******* 3 in 1 charger and they sent me an Iphone 3 in 1 charger. Their website says they have a 30 day money back guarantee and it states that if you received the wrong item to email them right away and they will quickly send the correct item. I have been emailing them for 8 days now and have only received two responses, the last response being on February 3rd. All I want is for them to refund my money and I will send their product back or for them to send me the correct item and I will return theirs. They keep giving me the run around and just stopped responding all together. The item has not been used and it's in the same package I received it in. **** emailed me back on February 3rd asking for pictures of the box it came in and I did send them pictures as proof of the condition that I received it in.

    I ordered an Apple Watch case/band from evolved chargers. Their website advertised a high end stainless steel product, and charged high end prices for such an accessory. When it arrived it was absolutely nothing like described. Its not stainless, its cheap and flimsy and doesnt even look like the product advertised. Its an entirely different band/case. I requested a refund and they state that I cannot return the band because I opened the box to see the product. All original packaging is undamaged and the band was never used. I requested the refund literally 20 minutes after it was delivered to my house. I feel that they purposely sell overpriced items that arent what they advertised, then refuse all refund requests.

    Unfortunately, the "Invisible Pro" cool looking case fell apart less than two weeks after recieving it. Supposedly some small screws came with it, but I can't say for sure. In contacting the company to see about getting some more small screws, they let me know that those would not be provided. I was willing to purchase them, but that's poor performance in a competative market. Now the corners have fallen off and it's worthless. The delivery of the product on the 29 of June and the complaint two weeks later was well within the 30 day return policy but they aren't upholding their end of the deal. One drop and it was toast.

    I ordered a 3 in 1 charger for an Android phone with a Magsafe case. The product ordered claims to charge an Android phone with a magsafe charger, however, when I took it out of the box to test it, my phone slides off. I tried two different phone cases with magnets, however, the charger is not strong enough to hold it. I requested a return as Evolved Chargers offers a 30 day money back guarantee for their products, but my request was denied, stating they don't accept returns of opened boxes. Not sure how to see if product works unless box is opened.

    I purchased Charger for my 14-year-old from Evolved Chargers who burnt himself when taking his phone from it. He called me in and I could smell burning and the charger was extremely hot so I switched it off and unplugged it from the wall I emailed asking for a refund and explained the situation and was told that it was outside the 30 day policy and they would not refund. I have since looked up a lot of review sites and have seen that this is common practice for them. There are many many reviews about their products overheating and not being able to get a refund even within the 30 day period if the box has been unopened or used. Its very hard to detect if an item is faulty if you do not open the box. These products can be extremely dangerous And they should not be allowed to sell them as this is clearly not a one off. I have emailed since advising of consumer law on faulty products and that it extends outside 30 days but now they are just not replying at all. I left a message on their ******** to try and contact where they replied back to me advising they were here to help and what was the problem but then blocked me so that I could not reply, I tried to find their ******** page To message again and could not locate it but did come across another website that I consumer has set up advising of their products and service which I have included in an attachment to this case. Its very Dangerous selling faulty electrical products.

    I received the products from Evolved Charges on March 13, 2024. On March 20, 2024 I sent an email notifying one of the products I purchased, orange 120W triple charging cable 3 in 1 was defective. It took 6 days for them just to figure out which product from my order which didn't make any sense at all. Subsequently, I requested to return the product and they didn't want a return of a defective product and to escalate my request, I had to send them a video. Their return policy didn't stipulate any video requirement and it was to be simple return yet this was dragged out for no reason. On March 14, I sent them a video which clearly demonstrated product didn't work and on March 15 they responded they will attempt to resolve. I have not heard from them since and I've followed up twice. Again no reponse.

    I purchased a Magsafe phone case from this company Evolved Chargers and the phone case doesn't work, but they won't let me return the product! This company is a scam!

    Hello *****,

    I wanted to update you on my interaction with Evolved Chargers. They've asked me to await a response from their team shortly, and I'm still waiting. However, my experience with their customer service hasn't been smooth. Initially, they denied any issues with their product until I provided a video demonstrating the malfunction. Then, they repeatedly directed me to return links that led to blank pages. After several requests for a return label, they provided a link labeled "print shipping label," which turned out to be "Faulty Item Reporting Instructions," despite my previous submission of evidence. This pattern suggests they might be intentionally delaying the return process.

    In their latest email, they finally provided a return address (************************************************************). Since I've lost trust in them, I tried to verify the address online but couldn't find any connection to Evolved Chargers or any electronic company. Now, I'm hesitant to send the faulty product back, fearing I might not receive my refund. What would you suggest I do in this situation?
