I hired ********************* of ******************** at following address:************************************************************* LIC# ****** The license is supposedly under his uncle's company at:INDERJIT S TOOR CONSTRUCTION *** **************************************************************** Business Phone Number:************** I hired ******************* to install solar panels at my home around May 2021. He talked me into also doing my windows and stucco. Since we haven't really had bad weather till recently, it didn't really occur to me that we had an issue. At first I thought our mold issue was from lack of insulation and just fixed it in all our rooms. After getting mold again this year, I had a new contractor come look at the problem and they pointed out to me that our windows were not installed properly. The frame around the windows had water damage and he repaired it. The new contractor then asked me when the windows were changed and I told him the same company also did our solar. The new contractor then checked the rest of the windows to see if there were any issues with them and found that 2 other windows had issues and water was leaking from the roof behind the walls. He then called his roofer and after inspection found that the solar panels were not attached to the roof properly and water was entering causing mold in our crawlspace underneath the solar panels. His recommendation was to contact ******************* of **** *** to come and fix the issue. I have send ******************* an email, at ***************** and even texted him on his phone of the issue and when we could meet. My email came back as blocked and no response to is texts. My family now has been breathing in mold for undisclosed amount of time just thinking it was allergies and my wife and young kids have had breathing issues and have been prescribed inhalers from the doctors.I just want this problem to be taken care of and am not currently seeking legal actions, which my new contractor, friends and family suggest.Initial Complaint

This company installed solar on my house 6 months ago but it has never been switched on. They acknowledge messing up the solar approval process and offered to pay my power bills but I have never received any payment. I am not able to get anyone, no one picks my calls or respond to my emails or voicemails.Business response

Good morning,
We would like to apologize to **************** for the misunderstanding in communication. His contact has been let go from the company months ago and we were not aware of missed communications until this message was sent to us from BBB. A check is in the mail today to **************** for the power bills.
