      Bought a central air and heating unit three years ago and have had major problems with it. The air conditioner broke down the first year. The heating unit has been out for the last three weeks. Three of the coldest weeks this winter., while Dehart orders parts from *****. There is no sense of urgency to complete the repairs.. My wife and myself are both seniors. We bought the unit in good faith and with a ten year warranty.

      Hi, My HVAC was installed by your company in 1/2013 and since then, its been giving me on and off problems- like AC is not cooling down the house/ AC hardly works in certain rooms, Motor and fan keeps on getting very hot and keeps on breaking down almost every summer!. I have called you guys multiple times and few time you guys have done patch work but it keeps on happening almost every season! I do have reports from your company as well as from other companies like Econo ************ care and those reports clearly says that some parts needs replacement ASAP. Your company knows about the same but you guys have never fixed the problem!! Before I turn this complaint to department of consumer affairs contractors state license board, I want to reach out to you guys ONE LAST TIME in a hope that you guys would fix your messed up work FOR GOOD! Hope to hear from you ASAP. If I don't hear from you ASAP, you would get a mail from department of consumer affairs contractors state license board sooner or later!

      I have been using Dehart plumbing for quite a while. I had them change couple of parts on my water heater. I was told that if the parts went bad again, repair would be free. That is not the case, They came out today to work on my water heater, the tech told me the charge would be $48.00 dollars. Which seem reasonable, until I saw the charge on my card they charge me $49.00 on top of $48.00 (97.00) for cleaning the flame rod (5 min) job. Their practice is deceptive, say one thing and do another. I was led to believe when you buy their annual membership for $159, regular maintenance would be covered. If you have a emergency on Friday they will charge you $289 for after hour support; or leave you in limbo until next Monday. Avoid them if possible, find a local plumber that is honest and hard working.

      Dear Valued Customer, We appreciate your feedback. As a gesture of appreciation for your continued business, we have credited the $97.00 back to your account. We would like to clarify a few items of misunderstanding. For any customer's continued membership to our Love Club, we offer a lifetime warranties on all repairs. Meaning, anytime a part needs repairing twice, we will cover the second repair. Our membership club also gives 50% off of our trip charge. However, that does not include any afterhours fee. It only applies during regular business hours. If any customer requires service after normal business hours with an on-call technician, applicable fees apply. We do apologize about the confusion with any of the charges. When reviewing the invoice with you onsite, your signature verified approval of the $97.00 invoice. It is the fault of our technician for not making that clear to you. Once again, as a gesture of our apologies for our miscommunication, we have credited the charges back to you.
