We have no record of this person being f our patient.

I believe he is filing this complaint on behalf of his wife.  The BBB has already received her complaint to which we responded, and were told that the matter was closed.

His wife was treated well within the good standards of care in dentistry by very experienced dentists, was dismissed as a patient and referred elsewhere.  No refund is due her.

We have no record of The person complaining as our patient.

I am rejecting this response because: This transaction affected more than one person, attached is my receipt from MY INSURANCE that I paid and i also paid the bill, this Dental establishment is ripping people off please read their Yelp reviews of all the people that they have ripped off, they wanted to mail us the tooth and finally got them to install it( have the emails to confirm)but they said that they were not going to make any adjustments to the tooth, the tooth in question is #** which is on this receipt. MY Insurance got billed and I made the Payment

This company is retaliating against me due to me complaining to the office Manager of their poor sanitation practices (OSHA) the Dental Assistant accidentally dropped the dental utensils on the floor and due to the dentist been in a tight schedule he didn't bother to tell the Assistant to get a clean pair and she used the dirty utensils, in my mouth, which explains why I broke out in hyves after every visit) since then they have used excuses to redo my crowns due to improper fit and this started in Sept 2022, the office manager called me and told me that due to the fact that I am not happy with their OSHA practices that they were going to mail my crowns, the problem is that now I will have to pay a new dentist to install and pay a lab fee for any corrections needed, I told them that I rather pick them up and now they are taking their time in releasing them to me when they are paid in full and are my personal property, i've been communicating with ******* Assistant Manager at ********************************

This patient was provided services by a dentist who specializes in implant oral surgery and implant restorations, having received years of post graduate training, with residence experience, and years of practical experience in his care.  HIs surgical team has been selected  from the best of our Dental Assistants also with years of experience.  I have managed dental offices for over 40 years and this patient's dentist is amongst the finest I have ever encountered.

We cannot discuss the particulars of our patient's treatment because of HIPPA confidentiality requirements, but I can tell you that we have repeated the same treatment for this patient many times, without cost, after reviewed by other dentists in our firm, without satisfying her.

We meet and exceed every OSHA requirement and simply have not done what this patient claims we have done.  We, rather, have over ******************************* the past three years, many of which speak specifically about how  clean and sterile our office is.

Prior to this patient's last visit she promised to take down her negative ratings on our agreement to treat her at no cost one more time, and she did not do as  promised.

We sincerely regret that we could not satisfy her but are likely not the first to have done so, and will gladly submit our work to the review of our peers at any time should the patient request such.

I am rejecting this response because:Its unethical to ask a patient to take down an honest review and to also call a patient and tell them that you will mail them their crowns because the patient complains about utensils that were dropped on the floor and or then put in her mouth, the way it was handles was that the same person that dropped them continued to assist instead of having someone else assist. The unprofessionalism in that office is something I have never experienced, as you can see by the way they replied.  I will be getting an estimate by another dentist to repair the terrible work that they did and will submit it for repayment

After I complained they retaliated by making me go through Thanksgiving and then Christmas, they called me late afternoon on Friday before at  Christmas and told me that my Crowns were in just to show that they tried to get me in before Christmas. I broke out in hives after every visit after I complained due to their poor sanitation process.

There is other complains on the BBB website and they have a D rating for a reason
