      I have ordered many decals from this company over the years, but the last ones I received were not in good quality, then when I messaged them about it, they told me that it was because "my window was dirty" which is not the truth at all. It had been cleaned twice and dried prior to application, but the decals didn't stay like they were supposed to.When I contacted the company, they first told me it was the way I applied them. We had a back and forth and they then told me they'd be happy to replace them but that I would have to pay shipping again. Why should I have to pay a fee for decals that didn't apply as designed?Then they copped an attitude and told me "really? refund sent." Months went by and I tried ordering new decals, and asked them a question. They did not respond to the question and cancelled my order WITHOUT COMMUNICATION at all.

      *** was extremely rude to our customer service representatives and would not give them a chance to speak or say anything. We had worked with him for years with no issues but at this point we do need to go our separate ways our team does not need abuse like this from anyone especially over a decal.

      I have the entire email conversation thread between myself and Vinyl Disorder.

      The claim that I was rude is factually untrue. 

      I reported the issue with the decals and they told me my window was dirty. This was a lie. I told them it was not. 

      Again I have the email chain as I save EVERY EMAIL.

      Its a defamation of character and libel to make a statement such as Vinyl Disorder made against me.

      I am more than willing to share the thread.

      I reject the response and I want to talk to the head of the company.

      After the phone calls we no longer want to continue business with ***. The associate he spoke with went home crying she was very distraught!!!!
