      Total scam! I paid over $69.98 for a flashlight because it was advertised as being the most powerful flashlight on the market, in fact, the term "military grade" was used. The flashlight is just a normal one shaped like a steel small baseball bat. I want my money returned.

      On Jan. 17, 2025 I placed an order for a Top Night Glasses and/or Drive Bright Glasses and my credit card was billed $49.98. I have since not received it or a tracking # or even a confirmation that is on the way. I have repeatedly contacted the company though email and phone calls just to get confirmation that the item is on the way. I got phone promises that they will get back to me, but never do. As I wait on the phone for an agent I am told I'll be connected in 5min or then 2min, but then it goes to voicemail and I leave a message to please get back to me, but they never do.They do not seem like a reputable company Please help in getting this resolved. I'm getting to the point of not wanting the item because of the way I've been treated and want to cancel the transaction and have my credit card credited back. I would like to get my money back

      Modern Life Trend advertised heaters that were supposed to be so efficient, they would reduce the amount of fuel your furnace used. They did not. I have called repeatedly, always getting their busy signal. I have emailed repeatedly asking for instructions about how to return. The one email I received informed me of how backlogged they are. To boot, the letter sent to the address listed for them on BBB was returned with this error message: "NOT DELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED. UNABLE TO FORWARD.I just want to know where to return these heaters and receive my refund, assuming that can even happen.

      Bought heathers that would not stay plugged into the wall. I requested a refund and followed all of the necessary steps but no refund. No one returns emails and no phone number to contact.

      I ordered a tire pump on or about 14 January 2025 from what I thought was Auto Air only to discover my credit card was charged for the amount of $89.98 by some shadow company called Modern Life Trend. I had to be extremely careful not to get tricked into opting in for more merchandise I did not want. That was red flag number one. I received an email on 16 January 2025 from ******** stating my pump has been sent. There was no tracking number or anything. Red flag number two. I waited 7 working days for my merchandise to arrive but it didn't show up. I called and emailed customer service numerous times and received no response. When I did finally get through I was told to give it 14 working days and still no merchandise. It is my opinion they never sent the merchandise at all and just took my money. I contacted my credit card company and lodged a complaint to get my money refunded because dealing with these people is impossible.

      This company added an bogus $9.99 charge to my order for a VIP Club item which I declined when I ordered the Auto Air pump. After learning of all the complaints against Modern Life Trend and the negative reviews from others who ordered the ******** product, I've asked the company to cancel the entire order. I phoned them immediately upon seeing the VIP Club item on my invoice and called to have them remove the $9.99 charge but no customer service agent answered and the only option was to leave a voicemail which I felt was a waste of time. I sent an e-mail to customer service @************** and received an automated response - Due to a higher-than-usual volume of inquiries, there may be a slight delay in our response time. Rest assured, we are prioritizing each request and will get back to you as soon as we can. Watch out for the product review site CER - Consumer Expert Review as seems to be a fake site that is used to steer purchases to Auto Air.

      This company is not responsive to emails or phone calls and their tracking number on my order is not recognized. modern trend or top drone ******* are not legit companies and should be checked out.

      I ordered an electricity saver. No shipping confirmation. Took the money from my account. Will not answer the 800 number or return call. I want a refund. I will be reporting to my card as fraud.

      Total scam. I ordered 2 HDMI projector units and was given a fake shipping number. I reached out to them and was sent a generic email saying they would respond to me promptly. Never heard anything. They took over $200 from me.
