      They're scammers. Their formulas stink and they don't follow their 30-day guarantee policy. They will just stop replying to your messages and ghost you! I had to dispute with my CC company and block them.

      this is a TERRIBLE product, i wish i could give 0 stars.they say that they'll make adjustments to your formula - that's their entire business model - but in truth you get ONE adjustment, and then they want you to spend another $50 on product, even if you have vats of unusable product sitting in your shower. the first products i got were so awful that my hair has never felt more unmanageable, they left a greasy gunk on my comb. my hair was tangled, frizzy, and i couldn't run my fingers through it. it felt dryer IN the shower with conditioner on it! they said "don't worry we'll get it right" at first, but after the 2nd bottle they said i'd have to place a new order to try the new formula. why would i spend another $50 on this shit!? absolute garbage. STAY AWAY!

      Dont even bother with this scam. They have no customer service. Their site and app are confusing. Theres no way for you to delete your card info once they have them. Customer care doesnt respond to anything. The formulas are average. Go to Target instead.
