I would give this business zero stars if I could. I spent several hours designing a graduation announcement for my daughter and then designed and ordered matching return address labels and thank you cards. I spent close to $300. Once my order was placed, I received an email saying that only the graduation cards had been cancelled. On the bottom back of the inviation I had made a statement about my what school my daughter had decided to attend and her major. Zazzle said this violated their standards. I called and explained that we had done this on other platforms (shutterfly and snapfish) with our older children and never had any trouble announcing in a statement their college choice. We were not using a trademarked logo of the university, simply stating "**** will be attending ** University pursuing a degree in YY." To deny her that is violating my daughter's free speech right. Completely frustrated to have to cancel and now reorder on another platform. Buyer beware and DO NOT USE ZAZZLE for graduation announcements. Mind you the sample card on their site asks you to insert the student's high school name. Under their reasoning, they would need to have permission from every high school in the united states to print those cards. Just use another graduation card platform. Zazzle is not worth the hassle.Review from David S
