I purchased a new phone from ATT online Sat 7/16 and chose express delivery (next day, due sunday 7/17). ENJOY is the delivery company. They notified of a delay on sunday in the order and told me to call ATT. ATT had no info about a delay. On Monday, i received notification it will be delivered Wed. I received text that it was out for delivery, then a text it was about to be delivered. Then I received an email sayin there was a processing error and it wouldn't be delivered. They scheduled the wrong type of delivery person apparently and are now pushing the order out to Friday. The customer service just says we cant help you and no one will accept feedback on all the miscommunication. I would like delivery to be escalated due to ENJOYs issues and delivered ASAP instead of being pushed to the next available (aka back of the line).Initial Complaint

They came to my house and would not give me my phone that I bought and paid for from ATT because of a "technical issue." They would not answer calls from ATT or myself. I've been on hold for 3 hours and I missed work because I did not have my phone. I want to be compensated for my time dealing with this and missing work. You can start by covering the cost of the phone you stole from me when you decided to drive off with it.
