I have been unable to reach anyone about this problem that ** having that happened on November 25, 2023. A restaurant franchise that you own through SPB HOSPITALITY, *******, is serving pieces of plastic bag in their burgers. I ordered almost 3 entire sackfuls of sandwiches which went to waste because of all this. Does it even bother you that the companies that you represent do this to customers? I imagine you probably have no clue whats going on. Im only reaching out to you because trying to resolve this locally has been absolutely frustrating beyond belief. Now, I have been working to try to get in touch with someone and talk to an actual live human being, but that seems to be impossible. I wasnt frustrated in the beginning, but I am now incredibly frustrated, because just letting someone know about this has become such an unattainable task. I have pictures and would love to show them to you, but it seems that the phone number and your email for customer service situations for ******* are all completely not working or present itself a roadblock for consumers that are trying to get a serious situation resolved.Thank you for your time.******************** ************** ***************Business response
