      There is no way to cancel orders. This business will not let customers cancel orders. I placed a order online at 9:35 pm on last night. There is no way to cancel on the website. I called this morning at 9:44 am & spoke to Bladdie. He said that the order can't be cancelled since it is already packaged but he couldn't give me a shipping confirmation number. He said that I could return the order once it had been received. The order can't be cancelled since it is packaged even though it has not shipped.

      This is a response to your letter dated December 7, 2023, regarding the complaint from our customer *********************. Unfortunately, there was confusion on the timeframe we have the function to cancel an order once placed. We can report that her request for a refund has been accommodated. We successfully refunded the customer on December 15, 2023, in the total amount of $140.75 to Apply Pay for order #******* placed on 11/27/2023.We have also contacted the customer and provided them with a confirmation of the refund and the details related to her payment method. We prioritize our customers' requests and the best resolution possible.

      I purchased a product from American botanical pharmacy ( aka Dr. ************************ I have been a regular customer for years ( with a different product). I hesitated , but noticed complete satisfaction guarantee if FOR ANY REASON you are not satisfied, just contact us for return authorization. I placed my order, and was not satisfied after 2 weeks of use. I contacted ABP and requested the steps for a refund. Ultimately I was told if you used more than 1/2 of the product, you cant return it = no refund. That was part of the problem, the item only contained 2 fluid oz, and following the directions it only lasted two weeks. I called again later , after I re read the warranty on line and asked that the issue be forwarded to a supervisor. I added that ********** Business and Profession code requires all limitations for a warranty to be clearly stated. I found no such limits on the website. I later sent an email to ABP and stated i was making my formal demand for a refund for the above stated reasons. I can only assume someone at this business lacks training or they are too busy to reply. I will be interested if the company responds to you, as they have not responded to me.

      In April 13, 2022 I contacted The American Botanical Pharmacy via phone # XXXX-XXX-XXXX and talked to the representative ******. I mentioned to him that my brother-in-law just purchased their Dr. *******'s 30 Day Incurable Program product and I asked what product would be good for me to order. Although I do not have any health condition now (had it in the past, that was healed with other natural products and I am in remission), ****** suggested I purchased the same product as my brother-in-law, which I then purchased on the same day. I realized after few days that I was mislead, as the product was recommended to me only because "it could not be returned". After just few days of the consumption of the same product my brother in law health worsened so badly that he had to be put on the intensive care in the hospital and the doctor's were fighting for his life. It was all due to Dr. *******'s product, according to what his doctors said. (Prior using Dr. *******'s product my brother in law was active, had his long walks, etc.) After the fact I found out that those products are not reliable. For example, one of the items in the 30-day incurable product that we purchased, called SuperFood Plus is dangerous....This product contains folic acid! Folic acid is a synthetic form of vitamin B9, also known as pteroylmonoglutamic acid. On the other hand Folate is the naturally-occurring form of vitamin B9. Before folic acid, the synthetic form of B9, can be utilized by the body, it must undergo two conversions-to dihydrofolate (DHF) first and then tetrahydrofolate (THF). Only then, can THF be converted to L-methylfolate, which is the end form of folate that the body requires for many key functions. Methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR), is the key enzyme that regulates this conversion process. However, it is estimated that up to 60% of Americans have genetic variations that reduce their ability to convert L-methylfolate from folic acid on their own. ...

We are willing to make an exception this one time and issue a refund for the unopened products only, we can send you a prepaid label or schedule a pick up with *****. This is a non refundable Kit, this was explained on multiple phone calls even before it y decided to purchase it. We took the time to listen to these phones calls since we monitor an record our calls for quality issue. These calls took place on 4/13, 4/15 and 4/18. (We also have a disclaimer online.) You were also informed that we are not allowed to advice or suggest anything since we are not medical doctors. We have been selling the Incurables Program for over 25yrs and we've never had any issues or complaints from any of our customers. Please advise the company to send me the pre-paid label for the products return and the company shall pay for all shipping / return cost. The return refund should be 100% on all products in the package that were not opened and with no shipping /return charges to the buyer. Please confirm the agreement with all indicated. The company indicated that they tried to contact me twice, but it was not the case - they never contacted me. Please instruct the company to provide the pre-paid label and provide email confirmation asap. This case can be considered as closed only once a refund by the company has been processed.Thanks. This PPL is good through 6/30/22. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund for all unopened items will be issued back to the same card it was originally billed on. Once we have your return, it will be processed in the order it arrives (Process Time, 1-3 business days from arrival). Once your refund is issued please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to post, this depends on your issuing bank.
