The transaction took place on 3/15 2023. I purchased an Everguard stain warranty for our new carpet in the amount of ******. I was supposed to get a stain kit and paperwork for the warranty. I was told it would take 6 weeks to recieve anything. It has now been three months and have heard nothing. I called the carpet company twice and was told the person in charge would call me. they never did. I need either the warranty pack or my money back.Business response

Good Afternoon,
I am sorry for the delayed response I have been out of the office. I have reached out to our warranty company and I am awaiting a response from them. I will notify you just as soon as I hear something should be in the next day or so. Again I am not sure why the stain kit was not mailed out to the customer. Our sincere appologies.
