    I hired this company to represent me over 2 years ago after they sold me on how great they are and the faster I hire them the sooner my assets will be protected against the **** I spent $18,000 and the only thing I have to show for it is the $18,000 I gave them and the $50,000 that has been seized from my bank accounts by the *** after I hired them. I have received ZERO response from the *** either directly or through this company. I send email after email asking for updates and I nothing. When they do eventually respond, they say "no update." This has been over 2 years and I have received NOTHING in return for the $18,000 I gave them. I have over 100 pages of emails I can provide as proof of my accusations. I can provide this to the BBB if requested. They have asked for the same information several times and I have provided it every time. I have asked for my *** case number? No response. I have asked for the *** agent information on who is handling my case, no response. I want clear communication on my matter, I want this matter resolved or I want a refund. Just the fact that they promised me that my assets would remain safe if I hired them to represent me and that I have lost $50,000 over the last 2 years is a travesty if not outright fraud. If you look at their ****** reviews, there are several negative reviews that outline the same experience as mine. 2+ years of representation and nothing to show for it and nothing resolved.

    I had a positive conversation with ***** the President of the company. I have a follow up call from him Tuesday 8/13 to review and see if there have been any positive results in regard to my matter.

    I am not willing at this time to accept what has taken place thus far as satisfactory. I am still out over $50,000.

    A former business of mine has a rather large tax debt. After doing some research we hired ECG in December of 2022 to take care of our tax problem. They were very confident they could resolve it. We paid the full amount of $9000 to ECG and since then it has been a series of emails, phone calls and frustration. We do not get updates, we were lied to regarding our IRS tax person being changed (when they sent the person's info after I requested it, it was the same person it has always been), and we are continuing to get tax liens and letters sent to us rather than to our lawyer. We can never get an actual update on what is happening. The only time they were quick to respond was when I threatened to go to the bar association. Which I am doing immediately after this. We would like a full refund or our taxes to actually be resolved.

    I hired a 3rd party company to assist with negotiating my tax liability. I have paid thousands. They have done literally nothing. They wont return my calls. If I reach them they say they will refund my money but need to call me back. Never happens. I took a loan to pay them. A company they referred me to called consumer Credit. They wont release the loan with out something from the enterprise consultants. a big circle. These parties collude together and its very dishonest.

    $5,100 plus, so far with service charges tax prep. This issue has been going on almost 4 years. Seems like this company's been dragging feet. I have a better job now which pays more money. A few years ago I got behind. This company advertised *** having a tax resolution program. It seems like their trying to get more money out of me. For something in the past that I want to resolve for the past. Seems like they're very slow on returning my calls. Or not even returning my calls. I just feel that they're milking me of more money. And not providing the service that they claim they do. I'm getting to believe that I would have been better off dealing with the *** myself. I just want to get this matter resolved and move on with my life. And not all the *** to dime.

    We reached out to ************** and explained to him that we were waiting for the *** to post all his missing tax returns. The *** has had a major delay due to COVID and just finally posted his missing tax returns. Now that he is compliant with the *** in his tax filings, we can proceed with the resolution on his case. We discussed a payment plan with the ***, the amount he could afford to pay monthly and the next steps. ECG will move forward with reaching out to the *** to set up the installment plan as well as apply for a penalty abatement on his behalf. ************** agreed to move forward with our next steps.

    I paid $9000 to to remove a tax debt in Oct 2021. And they have not done anything but give me false hope and lies. I will be going after them for a refund. Do not hire these liars

    Yesterday, we recevied a letter from ECG tax pros addressed ****************************************************************** claiming that she owed over ******* in back taxes to the **** First of all, ****************************** never worked at a job at which she earned more than ********** a year. We met in **** and at that time she hadn't worked since her car wreck in ***** In ***** she was awarded ***** We're not that old, ****************************************************************** So for not even three whole years she was making the most money of her life. Still, if she never filed a single return her whole life, she wouldn't owe ******** And I know she doesn't owe it because we have collected our refunds in their entirety every year since we've been married. Never have we received any notice from the *** about any ****** tax debt on her part. In fact, *************, she has to recertify her license with the state every year, and if you owe the state or the federal government any back ****** they don't allow you to renew. Her ******* license ******* active to this day so this ******** attempt is sad and *********

    We send marketing material to a list of taxpayers who have tax liens. The which is public record. We have looked into matter and discovered that our marketers received a corrupted file. Which is the cause for her receiving the letter.

    We apologize for the mistake. We corrected the matter. She will no longer receive communications from our business.

    I paid around ******** to this company to help me lower my *** debt. They led me to believe that they were aware of several programs that could help me get at least half of my debt forgiven. They did not get any of my debt forgiven.

    Ms. ******* was given a Service Agreement to review and sign that listed the possible resolutions. The agreement, which she signed, also stated that our tax professionals would determine what process and actions are appropriate for her particular case.
